Delivered within 24 hours even though I asked for 3-5 days of delivery. Shockingly good service. There can be no better experience with an online store than that, especially aware from amazon.

Ordered a scooter throw Amazon and wasn’t delivered on time. Then they claimed it was damaged during transit and it took them ages to refund. Why should I be penalised for them not delivering an item. Customer service is a joke no response at all. Avoid these cowboys.

Bought the jeans-style skates with the pink—my daughter absolutely loved them. The quality is 10/10. I even came back and ordered the matching bag for her.

Terrible customer service. Ordered back in July 25 some skates for our 8 year old. She has done around 20 hours worth of lessons and the skates developed a "buckle" to the leather. When reaching out to Kate's skates for help with a faulty good less than 1 year old we just get radio silence. So now left with faulty skates and a disappointed daughter.

Dispatched quickly and arrived in great quality

Ordered on 29/12, said 2-3 day shipping. Contacted several times to find out when dispatch would be, received no response to 3 emails. Finally dispatched after dispute issued with PayPal only to send the wrong size and again not responding to messages through their “customer support”! Worst customer service ever and would not recommend anybody buy from this company.

Great- rapid delivery and the skates are lovely

The product was exactly what I was looking for, at a competitive price. There was clear communication about when I should expect delivery.
The product was securely packaged and arrived safely.

The belt I ordered was of very poor quality . The paint on the buckle was tacky and the inside of the belt started crumbling as I put it on . Pretty sure it was fake . Emailed twice for a refund or alternative and haven’t heard anything . No phone number to ring .

Bought a pair of Osiris d3's over a 1er, falling apart within days, real sad :-( on closer inspection looks like they've been glued prior to my purchase. Complained to 'Kate' no response just ignored, wrote long old email to Osiris also no response, Kates skates are rubbish i won't buy from them again, i also will never own another pair of Osiris. Globe or DC only from now on.

still no response from Kates Skates, I bet they selling plastic poop and whopper cushions too.
