I have been a 5 Star Top Advisor for Keen for more than 23 years. Many of my clients are still in contact with me after 23 years. Keen is an easy platform to use and I have helped numerous people from around the world. Even with all the competition, Keen is still recognized as one of the best Psychic networks around. There is a reason why clients keep coming back to Keen!

Ive been an advisor for quite some time now and its a great platform to use and help me connect with amazing and beautiful souls and I'm blessed to be able to be on this platform but I personally think keen should lower their commission and platform fees as we as Advisors don't put in the work and our energies to help our lovely customers for Keen to take most of what we make on readings.

Keen stands out as a thoughtfully designed platform offering meaningful insight and connection. So they totally just sent an email out to all of the advisors asking us to leave reviews on our own platform that WE work for. Which is actually concerning in its own way. There's definitely alot of questionable things that I have personally seen with clients. And for me as someone who works for the platform.

1) Lack of techincal support. There's no live experts to work with you! There's CONSTANT techincal glitches which is forcing the clients to pay more money because they are paying for the fees to connect with the advisors. I as the reader can't do anything, other than send a support ticket, and pray someone looks at it- but there's no physical ETA of when they could even address anything. Which then intern affects me on a business level. It's honestly really bad. And then I end up having to send out free mins regularly to make up for what the clients are spending.

2) There's no real interview that happens for any of these psychics including myself. I say this as someone who's recieved readings on here for personal use as well as given them. Luckily my clients trust me and I do well in that regard. But I can tell there's alot who are on here, who do not have that gift that you would expect. They just ask you to create the profile and then that's it.

3) They take a TON of money from the advisors. They take 51% of my pay as an advisor, the newer advisors it's like 63-64% if I remember correctly when they did the switch. They have multiple types of fees so come tax time it's extremely complicated to manage.

4) I have had to raise my rates to be able to make ends meet on what they keep taking from us. Honestly IDK why they keep advisors as well that's lower than 4.5 stars on the platforms. There's a ton of inactive advisor profiles which have left because of the above reasons I have mentioned.

5) I like my flexibility that I work on my own schedule and time however I just feel like overall there's a lack of communication with corporate as a whole and they are constantly taking more and more money as time goes on.

I think that there are legitimate readers on the platform. But you have to SEARCH and dig until you find someone. Personally in my opinion, if they fix the actual tech department and hire real people to manage that as a live 24/7 outlet, AND actually verify people are ACTUAL readers versus just applying and having them create a profile, it would lead to alot better repeat clients, and the actual client would be happier.

Definitely in the future if you don't want the truth might I suggest not asking your advisors to write reviews for the company when we have been asking for physical change for a minute. Respectfully.

I have been an advisor with Keen.com for over eleven years now (Esther Neptune). Keen was my main income, aside from my mom's passing and subsequent inheritance and a condo sale, as well as four other psychic sites, two of which are owned by Keen's parent site Ingenio. I also received many readings from the site before I became a psychic in 2013. I was able to make 75% of my income as a pharmacist working 30 hours per week during two years out of my six-year hiatus from pharmacy (2017-2023) Those years were 2018 and 2021. The other years I made less but was supported by those other means I previously described.
This was without bidding a whole lot; I have spent less than $1k on bidding fees during my eleven-year tenure. Keen is portable on an app and I have done many readings while driving and find its convenience unparalleled. It also pays what you are worth. One of the tested sites I am on pays about 13% of what clients pay per minute which I think is exploitative. One thing I am especially grateful for is that I was also able to do a lot of healing work on myself while subsequently earning and working at home. Now, I am working at a higher level as a pharmacy manager after leaving full-time psychic work behind.
These times are trying for sure with the economy and tariffs, but if you are pursuing a genuine spiritual business, you will be granted your wish. My income is a tiny fraction of what it was, but I am entirely fulfilled and just received a new client today without bidding!

Keen is such an amazing platform. It’s easy to use, customer support is attentive and they even do check ins to make sure we understand all the features and can maximize our passion to help our clients. Keen truly cares for their customers the opportunities to earn rewards as well as for us to provide our clients with free minutes to show our appreciation to them. I have been not only a keen client but I became a keen Reader back in 2004. I have noticed over the years most recent years to be clear the high commissions that keen takes from Readers has caused many top readers to leave keen. Whilst I understand that keen needs to maintain financial flow to run their business I really feel that taking more than half of Keen Reader Earnings is not positive for Keen. I miss some of the top Readers that used to be on Keen. As a Client I have tried some newer readers and to be honest many of the new ones I've tried just don't compare with some of the really amazing readers I once called that are no longer on keen. That is my honest experience. There are still exellent readers but with the economy being challenged both Readers and Callers may be stressed for time and money. I personally go out of my way to make sure keen callers feel they got their answer and that I truly care about them. I do this knowing what it feels like to call a psychic, spend money and not get my answer. Abundance Consciousness is powerful and I truly believe if people are feeling appreciated and compensated they do a great job and money flows to the company. I think many good readers are needing to charge a lot due to the high commissions and they are less accessible due to charging so much. People just cannot afford such high rates in our current economy. I will say that I still really love keen and I've always felt honored to work for keen and will continue to work for keen and I strive to give top notch customer service and make my caller feel cared about. I have been an advisor on keen for a very long time. The website is as solid as you can get from a customer perspective when it comes to privacy and safety. The platform may have some glitches from time to time, but as far as getting ripped off, scammed, etc they are the real deal. You just don't stay in business as long as keen has been in business by ripping people off or taking advantage of the customers privacy. I would choose this platform for a reading any day of the week. No matter who you get, and how they read for you - rest assured you will be taken care of by the customer service team if any problems arise.
