I wanted some products for my Hamilton Beach stand mixer here in the US and Kenwood Chef Restore directed me to the correct parts on their webshop. The website is easy to use and pleasing to the eye. The goods are exactly as described, very good quality and at competitive prices. The delivery was fast and efficient. Can definitely recommend and will use again.

I am very happy with this company, I wanted some mixer tools for my DeLonghi (Kenwood) DSM7. They helped me source the correct parts and advised me what I needed. Delivery was also much faster than I expected. A Truly great company which is so pleasing to find these days. Would recommend them to everyone!

I first ordered some Kenwood products from their online shop and they arrived next day! I was so impressed with their work on Facebook I decided to send in my mixer for a Restoration and it came back looking like new!

I am so happy as I could never part with my mixer having had it so long.

I recently sent my kenwood chef to kenwoodchefrestore after it had what we thought was it's last rights with smoke belching out of it.
They arranged a courier to pick the machine up from my workplace even informing me the correct way to pack it,they emailed me to say it had arrived safely at their shop let me know what needed doing and within a week had it couriered back to my place of work.
The machine is like new and i can not praise this company enough.
It's nice to see a company who take pride in their work and are not just interested in your money.
I f you have a machine in need of repair or restoration do not hesitate to use them.
Even my Mother in law was impressed and believe me that second only to the Royal seal of approval .

I ordered a silver bowl for my mixer and it arrived LESS than 24 hours later - I don't think you could get better service than that nywhere.
The price I paid was the cheapest on the internet and the postage was very cheap.

Brilliant service from start to finish. A very reasonable price. I'm delighted to say my 1950's mixer is working like new,. Very quiet and the new feet keep it in the one place. Great to know there are still people who MEND things instead of having to buy new. The transportation was so simple with labels and couriers BRILLIANT. Will recommend you to all my friends. I recently had my 43 year old Kenwood chef competely restored. The service I received from this company was really excellent and the finished condition of the mixer was like brand new. I am absolutely delighted. I was able to choose colours that match my kitchen and purchase new attachments at the same time. Many thanks to Alex who kept in touch with me throughout. Brilliant job and service.

I am so pleased with my newly restored Kenwood Chef A901. A bit cautious about organising everything via email but it all went smoothly.
I had it restored in pink and it sits proudly on the counter minus the old cover for every one to see. Will certainly contact Kenwoodchefrestore again for any additional parts.

I sent my battered, very, very old mixer for restoration. It had almost made its way to the tip on more than one occasion but after seeing a friend's model after restoration decided to send it.

Wow - I chose telemagenta with black trims. I posted it on both British Sugarcraft Guild forum and on Facebook and it has caused quite a stir

It now runs quietly, doesn't walk off my worktop and has a pulse which it didn't before.

My Daughter supprised me with a Kenwood Food Processor for Christmas, and one of the parts was broken. I got in touch with Kenwood, and spoke to a very polite and informed member of staff. The part was dispatched within 28 days. It was promised to be within 7 days but I recieved a call from the same Lady, who informed me of the delay. In this day and age, it was refreshing to have a company like Kenwood who value good old 'fashined' service!! Well Done!!

I contact with it and they collect my Kenwood very fast, unfortunately the machine arrive to service broken by the transit. they fix my problem replace the top cover for one new.
my Kenwood back very fast with new look, full clean running quieter.

This is a New company dedication only Old Kenwood Chefs , service repairs, and restorations.

I don't know the restorations, but the service excellent and they leave my Kenwood like new.

good customer service and experience
