We used Brian Smith through Kerseys Solicitors for the purchase of our house and I definitely say I am more than happy with the service we got from him.Brian was very quick and efficient and was very prompt in responding to any queries we had,we would not hesitate to use him again.

Very exited with a smooth and easy process that Kersey solicitors provided! Thank you to Sharon in Ipswich and her team. Hassle free process and very easy for remortgaging and clearing Help to Buy. Had a very poor experience in the past with other solicitors companies but I was well surprised how easy process went with Sharon. Reasonable price and cheaper then other companies. Everything was very simple, few signatures, couple letters and emails, and all done. Excellent communication.

Edward was a great help during a very stressful couple of months, he was patient and thorough answering my many questions to ensure I was kept informed during the process. He was also understanding of my situation and worked hard to help me complete quickly despite the sellers solicitors incompetence delaying us at every stage. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future!

Brian and his assistant Karen were fantastic throughout the process of buying our first home. Brian came recommended from several friends and it was easy to see why. He was thorough and took care of us at our pace. He was great at keeping us up to date, managing our expectations with deadlines and also helped us to feel calm we were in safe hands during the process whenever we spoke with him (or Karen :) !). I would highly recommend him to anyone needing conveyancing services in the future.

We’ve just had the most stressful experience buying a house due to the incompetence, arrogance, and total lack of effort from Jane and Brian at Kerseys.
If they had deliberately set out to make the conveyancing as difficult as possible, it could hardly have taken any longer. We nearly had to pull out as our mortgage offer was going to expire within one week of finally completing. This useless, arrogant pair of solicitors took 8 weeks alone to resolve one issue. Their lack of communication was staggering, and they just didn’t care. Jane seems to spend most of her time on leave and to hell with her clients.
I will never again be in a chain where Kerseys are involved somewhere in the proceedings. Their arrogance was astounding.

Kerry recently dealt with our conveyancing and was a breath of fresh air! Always enthusiastic, positive and provided excellent support and advice throughout. Kerry was happy to chat through matters on the phone and provided a clear summary of the discussion via email as well.
