Looked into buying a soup maker as mine broke & after seeing this company selling at such a good price, looked on Trustpilot for reviews thinking it was too good to be true, but reading the most recent reviews, jumped in and ordered. Two days later my order has arrived. Amazing service and would definitely recommend ordering from this company. Will definitely be my first choice looking for anything else. Thank you ☺️

I was put on a waiting list for an item out of stock I thought they won’t be coming back to me. They did. I was so pleased when the email arrived to say the item was back in stock. Ordered it straight away and came within 2 days. Can’t get better service than that. Thank you.

With boiling water drips from the Iron my wife was scolded and they would not refund my money, the Kettle and toaster man is one company I would not recommend and I wasn’t allowed to score them Zero!

I bought an air conditioner unit for £400. The cost of delivery was an additional £50 which was very steep. However, it was a particular unit I wanted so paid the cost. I then realised on reviewing the order than it was a Graded unit, I’d never heard of this so had a Google. It meant it was a used or cosmetically damaged unit . The same unit was on Amazon for £399 brand new, warranted and free delivery, it was just going to take some days to get to me. I cancelled the order as I needed a new unit with a warranty. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, it wasn’t a problem to cancel and he refunded me the same day. Brilliant customer service, but not clear when purchasing that the items are not new.

Complete farce of a company that tried to fob you off on what their legal obligations are. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS - Raised dispute with my credit card company and will report to trading standards and Persue for my costs via small courts
Spent £600 on radiators that have arrived faulty. These are 2000w radiators so big and bulky. Was not fused about it being graded but item is faulty within 3 days of receiving. Refuses to collect and expect customers to haul an 19kg electric radiator that is nearly 1meter long to the post office using Uber at my own cost because they can’t be bothered to arrange a collection - Royal Mail own website states they will not accept item of this size (unless it’s via parcelforce). Size H57, W8, D79.3cm and weight 19.3kg as per their own website and the manufacturers website. Refuses to arrange collection. I’m out of pocket already £80 for the electrician to fit the radiator and they seem to think that SHOUTING on the phone about their policy and terms will override my rights as a consumer. No, it doesn’t work like that. Stop behaving like cowboys and honour your legal responsibilities. It’s not that difficult.

My experience of purchasing my items was very easy which I was very grateful for as I'm not that good with purchasing goods online but I certainly wouldn't be concerned if I purchase anything from the website again.

Avoid this company at all costs! My item wasn’t delivered and all they did was make it very, very difficult! I am without the product and refund as DHL didn’t deliver but nor would kettle and toaster man help me fill out the form when I don’t have a printer! It was very simple for them to print it off and send to DHL but they refused to do so! I am now progressing with a claim through my bank but retired anyone considering using this company to just go to Amazon who can be trusted
