Super-friendly and helpful advice when I rang about sizing and whether a top that is the foundation of my House of Colour style would be coming back (it will). The two tops I had ordered are the same high quality as before and, of course, in the perfect colours for me.

The item arrives promptly
The item arrives promptly. I was well made, nice fabric and colour, good fit except for the length, down to the floor and as it was a knitted fabric it would have been a problem to shorten. Sorry I had to return them.

Very delayed refund …
The actual colour was very different from that illustrated in brochure and on line. I returned it the same day I received it 25th August and only heard today 9th September that I will be granted a refund , further that it could take 10 days before it reaches my bank account. This is either very inefficient or a disgraceful holding on to customers money for cash flow . I will not be using you again in the near future

I ordered this product for an event…
I ordered this product for an event over a week away but it did not arrive in time. Postage should have been Royal Mail 2nd which I thought would have been enough time when ordered first thing in the morning.

Unfortunately our warehouse team do not work weekends or bank holidays, you order was sent as soon as they were back in on Tuesday 1/9, the postage chosen was royal mail 3-5 working days. Poor customer service
I wanted to return an item which I had bought online. I used the returns portal on the website but I was unable to proceed as my order number was not recognised. I am stuck with the item. I tried to phone on a number of occasions but was not able to speak to anyone.

Lovely short tie cardigan
Lovely short tie cardigan. Pewter is a nice rich brown colour. True to size fit (I am a standard size 10 & I ordered 10 which fitted perfectly). Looks lovely over a dress for a little extra warmth.
