Very delayed refund …
The actual colour was very different from that illustrated in brochure and on line. I returned it the same day I received it 25th August and only heard today 9th September that I will be granted a refund , further that it could take 10 days before it reaches my bank account. This is either very inefficient or a disgraceful holding on to customers money for cash flow . I will not be using you again in the near future

I ordered this product for an event…
I ordered this product for an event over a week away but it did not arrive in time. Postage should have been Royal Mail 2nd which I thought would have been enough time when ordered first thing in the morning.

Unfortunately our warehouse team do not work weekends or bank holidays, you order was sent as soon as they were back in on Tuesday 1/9, the postage chosen was royal mail 3-5 working days. Poor customer service
I wanted to return an item which I had bought online. I used the returns portal on the website but I was unable to proceed as my order number was not recognised. I am stuck with the item. I tried to phone on a number of occasions but was not able to speak to anyone.

Lovely short tie cardigan
Lovely short tie cardigan. Pewter is a nice rich brown colour. True to size fit (I am a standard size 10 & I ordered 10 which fitted perfectly). Looks lovely over a dress for a little extra warmth.

Very comfortable top
Very comfortable top, great quality and such a pretty color! I love it!
I can’t wait for some tops with the same colors and quality, but with maybe one other color with subtle tiny flowers or lady bugs, mushrooms, dogs, etc… but not super loud with big flowers screaming… I’m old!

Darla denim jacket -a very good fit and versatile
Darla jacket a very good fit, neat but still room for a ,lightweight knit, and a good weight too, warmer than I expected which is a good thing for me. I ordered a 10 I would say true to size, I sometimes take an 8 but I wanted a little extra room. Very versatile quality garment, cream so will get lots of wear with my bright skirts and trousers

I am very pleased with my Kettlewell T…
I am very pleased with my Kettlewell T shirt. The fit is excellent and I like the longer elbow length sleeve. The colour is a perfect match for the shorts I plan to wear with it. This was my first purchase from Kettlewell but won’t be my last.
