www.Key2lease.co.uk Reviews

When looking to lease a vehicle I conducted a fair bit of research to find my best options. Key2lease were one of many providers offering similar but competitive quotes, my reason for using them was quite simply that they took the time and trouble to find out exactly what I wanted
Once the relevant deal was highlighted all paperwork was dealt with quickly and efficiently

Very good experience , Thomas constantly kept me informed with progress of the car procedure.Due to the Corona virus slight delay with the new car but no fault of Key2lease and the car was professionally delivered, always answered calls .Would definitely use them again.

First time leasing a car and I couldn’t be more pleased on how it turned out.
Key2lease and Thomas Thacker specifically, were exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process.

Excellent service. Everything happened when and how it was meant to. Happy to recommend this professional service to anyone.

From first contact regarding, the leasing of the vehicle,to taking delivery, everything was handled very efficiently.

This is the second car we have sourced through Thomas, at Key2lease. Having dealt with other companies it is refreshing to find someone who truly values your business, responds quickly and is extremely competitive. To top it all the cars are expertly delivered on trailers, not driven, meaning no unnecessary extra miles on the clock. A really professional service that should be on anyone’s list when looking for a new car.

I have used leasing car companies in the past, but Key2Lease customer experience and service goes one step further. I love the company culture and ethics from both customer focused and senior staff members.

Jamie was dealing with my case; the customer experience and service from contacting him at the beginning for a quote, through to receiving the vehicle has been very high standards.

I even got a call a week later of receiving the vehicle, to check it everything was in order and if I am happy. If you wanted to know what makes them different, then this is why!

Jamie and the Manager, thank you for all the help and support.

Absolutely amazing service, nothing was too much trouble and Thomas kept me informed of progress at all times, he was so helpful.
Seamless transaction from start to finish, I can’t thank you enough for getting my new car delivered so quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to get my next vehicle from you, just brilliant, thank you for everything!

The care, aftercare and service I received was excellent. From my initial enquiry through to my car being delivered, the service I had from Graeme was exceptional. I had 2 visits to the garage after I had my car delivered - all to help me better use all of the systems available. Nothing was too much trouble and I am very grateful for the post delivery service I received.

Excellent company, good communication and managed excellently throughout. Many thanks.

The best car leasing experience I have ever had, Thomas Thacker provided me a very good deal and was nothing but helpful from placing the order to taking delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Key2Lease again in the future!

Easy to deal with and fully informed at all times. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you!

Organising two new company vehicles through Thomas & Graham at Key2lease was so easy. They even got us a better specification of model for less monthly payments! A company I would highly recommend using!

The process took a bit longer because they requested some more documents (SA302) besides my bank statements and having an excellent credit score (I am a self-employed), but other than that the service is good!

Fantastic service, great help and advice.
