www.Key2lease.co.uk Reviews

Charlie and Graham at Key2lease made the process extremely easy after I had a bad experience with another broker. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone who is interested in leasing to contact them. First class service.

Very smooth transaction with very prompt responses to queries and updates from Charlie whenever required.
Thank you

Very smooth process right up to delivery of car. Very friendly and responsive service. Thanks Charlie.

Please do not use this company, you will not get your car. They charge £160 non refundable.

Charlie was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was great, fast delivery and a good price. Again, thanks to Charlie for going above and beyond for us.
Highly recommend.

Despite me probably being a pain in the backside, Charlie has not stopped being the best point of call through the whole process even since first enquiring in August last year… from when I decided to go through with my application after finally building my credit the process was insanely quick and super smooth, hand off was amazing too also very fast..

Couldn’t thank Charlie enough for being so patient!

This is the third car I have leased from Graham at Key2Lease , a fact in itself which speaks volumes. Yet again Graham has gone above and beyond in every way possible to find the perfect car for me and to make sure every aspect of the operation ran without a hitch. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism, attention to detail and his wonderful caring manner.

Top class service. I factory ordered a Karoq from a different broker almost a year ago, with an estimated delivery date of 30th Nov as my prior lease was up early Dec. Car left the factory 13th Nov but as of end of Jan 2024 was still not in the country.

I cancelled that, as Key2Lease were offering the exact vehicle in the same trim & colour for the same price, with an estimated delivery date that met my requirements.

Charlie was easy to get hold of (unlike the last broker) and he dealt with everything fast and efficiently, we had all the paperwork done and sorted the same day and the vehicle was delivered 9 working days later. When I told the previous broker that I was cancelling as I could get this vehicle sooner, they laughed on the phone saying it was impossible!

Excellent service and very useful they are local to me. I will 100% use in future!

Initially, I found my lease deal on a comparison site. I called Key2lease and Graham guided me through the process excellently, from initially placing my order, through to taking delivery of my new vehicle. Communication was fantastic throughout the process, with regular updates being sent via both email and text. I’d have no hesitation in recommending key2lease and I will definitely use them again at the end of my current deal.

Wonderful company to deal with. Made the lease process extremely easy. Listened to my requirements and found me the perfect car within my budget. Contact was great all the way through. Thanks Key2Lease for a great experience. Will 100% use again and will recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

Fantastic service from charlie, made the whole experience very pleasant and fluent from the initial contact. Got exactly what i asked for and for someone who is indecisive I feel very assured that I've made the right choice. Highly recomend.

Just taken delivery of my new car after a first class service from key2lease. I was assisted by Charlie Warrington, who couldn't have been more helpful and supportive from.beginning to end. A great service, very prompt turnaround to all queries and taking delivery of car. Would highly recommend.

Graham and his team recently supplied our company with 4 EVs. The support, responsiveness and communication throughout was excellent and all delivered in a friendly, non-pushy way.

Heard great things about Key2Lease so approached them regarding a lease of a new vehicle. Graham was extremely helpful and made the whole process straightforward, clear and kept us updated throughout. We will definitely be using them again for our next vehicle and would absolutely recommend.

Best price we could find for the car and took less than 24 hours to sort everything out! Very satisfying service from a company I hadn't heard of before. Charlie W was our contact and was very helpful, efficient and responsive even late in the evening.

Great experiece with Key2lease. Extremally quick and helpful.

Graham was extremally helpful at making the experience as easy as possible and Jack really helped with setting up my new car.

Great service. Will be using these again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service from the Key2Lease team. Not only were their prices the most competitive, their communication and help through the process was second to none. All members of the team kept me up to date with the process of my order, answered my questions quickly and accurately and were polite and professional throughout. Graham even met me when I received my car to wish me well and offer on-going support if required. If you're leasing a car you won't be disappointed if you use Key2Lease!

Charlie has been really helpful from start to finish. Leasing a car was so easy and straight forward

As always great service from first contact through to delivery of the vehicle. Will certainly be back when my contract ends!

Amazing service from the start, business lease and had all paper work and information sorted within a few days of the initial enquiry!

Great deal and excellent communication throughout.

Tried a few other leasing companies before keys2lease and none of them could get me the the deal and terms I wanted, these guys did it in a few days!

Highly recommended.
