Key Conveyancing Solicitors  Reviews

I want to say a big thank you to Abbie and Chloe for helping sell my property. They were both very helpful and reassuring throughout. Communication was fantastic and made my experience with Key Conveyancing very smooth. I also want to thank Lauren and Angie who had smaller dealings with my house sale but were also very helpful and informative. Thank you for the recommendation Lydia

Mukate and Charlotte have been so helpful and responsive as I was clueless being a first time buyer. Highly recommend.

This is my second time for using Key Conveyancing and on each occasion the service has been exceptional. Olivia and Charlie recently helped with the sale of my house and they were always diligent in processing information and keeping me well informed. It was a shame that my buyers solicitors weren’t has focused as we could have completed a lot sooner

Responsive and prompt communication.

Excellent communication throughout and very responsive to all emails and calls. Others in the chain were less efficient and Key did everything they could to push the chain forward. The portal made it very easy to complete tasks - would not hesitate to use them again.

We used the conveyancing team to handle both buying our new home and selling our old one, and they were absolutely fantastic. Managing both sides of a move can be incredibly stressful, but the team kept everything perfectly aligned and moving forward. Communication was seamless—we always knew exactly what stage both files were at. They took a massive weight off our shoulders, and we couldn't be happier with how smoothly it all went.

Very helpful and smooth process purchasing our first property. Alessia & Ella were fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Good service from start to finish they kept us updated on everything and answered any questions about the house we had during the
Long process
Olivia and Charlie where very helpful
Would recommend to anyone

Sadly the cause of me losing my sanity.

Key were the seller's solicitors and my god did they make everything as slow as humanly possible. Added weeks onto a very straightforward transaction!

Had to keep going to the estate agent for help as they wouldn't respond and kept referring to how busy they were!

We had previously used Key Conveyancing,
so when our estate agent recommend them as one they recommend we had no hesitation in using them again.
Natasha George looked after our sale and we found her very helpful and informative. We have no doubt that we would use them again and we would highly recommend them. We are very happy with the service we have received.

Very smooth experience no problems all sorted out very fast and efficient

I recently sold my house using Key Conveyancing services.
From start to finish they have been absolutely excellent. The person dealing with my case was Luke O'Brien. He has been exceptional throughout. Keeping updated, answering questions and also getting back in a prompt and timely manner. Due the the other parties we experienced some issues but Luke ensured he continued to push and persevere even when things got tricky.
Well done and thank you Luke

This is the best conveyancing service you will get in Milton Keynes and its environs! They are very prompt in responding to enquiries and are explicit in educating clients. They were part of the great team that helped us get our first home. I was so impressed when they refunded a huge amount after the purchase.

I had a fantastic experience using Key Conveyancing, and in particular Olivia Wright.
From start to finish, Olivia was incredibly professional, friendly and always happy to help. Emails and telephone calls were answered promptly, and I always felt kept informed throughout the whole process.
Buying a property can be stressful, but having someone who communicates so well and is genuinely helpful makes such a difference.

I was selling my mother's house for care home fees under an Enduring Power of Attorney. The Key team advised about the intricacies of doing this. Also the first buyer pulled out just before exchange, and the team just started again with the next buyer. Thank you so much to Natasha for making what was not an easy sale into a straightforward process and finding solutions to all the problems that arose along the way.
