Won't collect skip. Over charged me. Won't give overpaid money back. Will not communicate with me. Terrible company

How I wish I’d read these reviews before contacting this lot for collection of a skip bag! Picked up one of their bags from Woodies booked a collection online, paid, got an email confirming the date of pickup; date came no pickup: called and got a convoluted story about pickup 5 working days after the date you choose for collection??? This lot couldn’t organise the proverbial event in a brewery ! Steer clear - surprised at Woodies supplying.

I ordered the collection of a skip back on July 19 and the website says that it could take up to 10 days, after 10 days I call them and they said it would take 10 more days, I waited 10 more days and call them. They said something was wrong, and I had to wait four more days and then they hung up on me and closed the office so now when I call them the office is closed until Monday.

Ordered and paid for collection of A1 skip bag on June 29. It's now July 10 and it still has not been collected. I've e-mailed them, phoned them -- no joy. They claim 1-7 working days for collection........I'm way beyond that. AVOID this outfit

They are ok, just one setback when you pick date it is not day of collection, they collect within 5 working days after. Overall ok experience.

Absolute joke of a company. They posted me a baby skip bag which was €25 . So I filled it , rung them to collect it and then they said that they don't collect in my area! They knew my address as they posted me the bag. I want my money back. Absolute clowns.

Absolutely unprofessional. Withdrawing money for services not performing them. Every single week need to do a claim, spend my time on calls and emails to make them do their job. Already 3 times called to refuse from services, dropped email, during almost a week of promises from call centre to handle it and that the general management will take care to help- NO ONE MOVED A FINGER.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in my life dealing with a skip collection that never came. 3 weeks we were waiting with promises of collections, multiple phone calls, taking time off work for no reason. DO NOT deal with this company. You will regret it . Awful experience.
