Excellent fast and excellent… lock replaced by a very pleasant young guy within the hour …expensive and pretty much rubbish about no call out fee, but service level was 10/10 out come 10/10

Ilie is a reliable and professional locksmith, I highly recommend him. He came round earlier than scheduled did all the work to a required standard and was absolutely brilliant.

Another excellent example of reliable, professional service and good value for money. I have often needed to call this company as my doors are affected by subsidence and they always respect my request for a quote and so there are bo nasty shocks.

Ilie was able to come within 20minutes of my call and talked me through the lock options including price for getting into the house. He was very professional and has left my door looking exactly the same as it did before. I would highly recommend calling ilie if you’ve locked yourself out of your flat on a Sunday!

Absolutley second to non service ..live alone and locked myself out.didnt need to panic .all done and dusted in half an hour .was very happy with service and price very competetive.will definately use again ..very impressive .sat night too

Do not use this company it is my fault for calling out the first company I saw on Google in a panic however what they quoted me to what they ended up charging was a massive difference. I ended up paying 500 pounds for something that should have been less than 100. Do not use this company they use your insecurity and panic to their advantage!!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH THEY ARE FRAUD AND HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE POLICE. THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THEY SAY ONE PRICE AND DURING THE PROCESS OF CHANGING LOCK THEY CHANGE PRICE AND THREATHEN IF YOU DON'T PAY.

over phone yes we repair.but on arrival locksmith said lock to be replased £300 .can not repair he did not even try. i payed over £70 he left having done nothing. & on invoice says fix lock. gearbox needs replacing. i repaird it as a spring had came lose. customer care do not reply to e mails. months later still no reply

Rang this company about an insecure back door at my property. Was told someone would be with me in 30-45 mins. 2 hours later I called back and apparently my call out had been cancelled as no engineer in my area and I had been called on phone.
No call and being 6.30 on Saturday evening they left me with very.little chance to get anyone else.
Appalling service.
