Kidsbedsonline Ltd Reviews

Great product, good customer service, and delivery on time. Would recommend to buy from them.

Fantastic product.

I purchased it for my 4-year-old grandson and he loves it.
He also made a den area behind the desk.

No issues with any items or delivery.

I bought a by my side crib and it was a beautiful gift for my daughter would highly recommend

Great bed, sturdy, clear instructions. My son is delighted

When looking for a new bed for the little one, I came across KidsBedsOnline via Google.

Checking the vast range they have, we settled on the one we liked and paid through ClearPay as that was an option.

I received a personal email from Mark M to confirm that the order has been placed and received updates on the delivery process.

When it arrived, we were satisfied with the quality of the product and the care shown in shipping.

Very happy with the overall customer service and the personal emails go a lot further today where this has been mostly automated.

Best price online for the bed my daughter wanted, good communication from Beds online with regards to delivery dates. The product could have had included better quality 10mm pozidrive screws rather than the Philips but that's a minor gripe. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and product.

We had excellent experience! The bed arrived as expected in 2 weeks, fully assembled on site in 1 hour. Great quality bed and great service!

Great experience. Fast delivery within 24 hours. Would use again

Great communication regarding delivery. On the day the installer was prompt and efficient and the bed looks great. It feels very sturdy, has lots of storage space and my son is extremely happy.

Very efficient and quick contact regarding delivery. The paid for assembly service was great - very quick.
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, good communication and arrived well packaged. Bed as described. Would 100% recommend!

Good company
Good job thanks
I love the bed for my kids

Good experience using this company, quick delivery and customer service was fast at replying to questions. We had one item which had a small bit of damage to it, I emailed pictures and details of the part and a new one was sent out the following day. Thank you for a helpful and easy purchase!

Easy to order, delivery was fast and friendly drivers also very good contact really do recommend these ☺️

Really great service. Bed delivered really quickly and no issues whatsoever. Would definitely use this site again

Ordered a triple bunk bed and one of the boxes sent was in the wrong colour. Spoke to customer service who said they would contact the warehouse to send out the correct box and arrange collection of the wrong one in 2 days time. Nothing came on the Friday and the wrong box was eventually collected on the following Tuesday and no sign of our missing parts. Keep getting told it's been delivered NO IT HASNT! The delivery company did turn up Friday evening trying to deliver some different furniture for another customer down the road and when they looked at the delivery notes they had for our house was showing as missing. we now have 3 children sleeping on mattresses on the floor for the last week, paid for a bed that we only have part of and no resolution in sight and going round in circles. Incompetent at best.

Bed delivered on time, intact, took a while to put up, but is a lovely sturdy bed and my son loves it! Also when I had to contact kidsbedsonline they promptly and thoroughly answered my queries.

Brilliant service.and communication.fast delivery.would highly recommend and buy from them again

My son loves his new bed. It's a great bed to have as he's getting older. It feels very sturdy and well made. We added the assembly service which was great! Super fast too!

Great price, fast delivery and really good clear communication all the way through the process.
