Super efficient. Very quick delivery, good value for money-great product.

Would give 10 stars if possible. Very happy with purchase. Strong sturdy bed, very quick delivery and assembly. The guy who built it was excellent and efficient.

We ordered the Heritage Ottoman Small Double Bed. Delivery was within the estimated time frame and good communication on the day. Build was relatively easy but screws and bolts could do with being separated in advance and labelled as opposed to all being in one bag. Our son is delighted with his new bed and it looks good.

Definitely did what it said on the tin so to speak. Good communication between order and delivery. Delivery service gave good communication and delivery was in the time frame quoted. The product was excellent and as advertised. Relatively simple to assemble. Definitely needed two people to assemble the high sleeper loft bed we ordered. Only negative comment I would make is that the company said 3 hours to assemble but in was more like 10. Happy overall with the product and service and would recommend the company.

Ordered a Stompa single bed in white, which was much cheaper than on John Lewis. Bed arrived in 3 days. Good communication from delivery company. Good solid bed and easy to put together in a very small room. My daughter was very pleased with it.

Ordered a high sleeper bed with desk and futon.
Easy to order. I received an email to say that someone would contact me within 5 days to arrange delivery and assembly. I had a call on day 5 and they arranged to deliver and assemble the bed two days later. The bed took one hour to assemble, and the men were very lovely. They took all the rubbish away with them and the bed looks lovely. Can’t fault the service. My only slight issue was that, the bed was slightly overpriced compared to other company’s. But other company’s didn’t offer the assembly service. So overall we are very happy.

Very easy website to navigate and get to the product you need. Was slightly cheaper than elsewhere and various specifications of the bed we wanted for my daughter were available. Delivery was arranged quickly and smoothly after the order had been processed and the we received the bed just a week after we ordered it. Product was of high quality as expected.

Hadn't checked the trust pilot before ordering and would have likely put me off, however I ordered a matress and all went fine, admittedly it was originally due on the Wednesday but was rescheduled to the friday but not the end of the world! Good product, thanks!

I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews post-purchase, but my experience was actually seamless. I ordered a bunk bed with two mattresses and received an instant confirmation.
The communication was excellent: the manufacturer messaged me the very next day to book a delivery slot. They offered a window 15 days out between 10:00–12:00, and the driver arrived right at 10:00 sharp. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no missing parts or damage. The quality is exactly as described, and most importantly, the kids absolutely love their new beds. Definitely a 5-star experience for us!

I was a little worried before ordering anything from this website because of trustpilot point but i wanted take the risk because of price and product. I bought a mattress for my new born. The shipment was very quick and well packed.

Bought a Stompa mattress for my kid, which is great. Perfect little first mattress for her first "big bed".

Order process was straight forward, however after not receiving any shipping notification 5 days after placing an order, I reached out via email. Had a response back to say it'll be sent the next day, which it was and was shipped over night. A shame I had to chase, and given how quick shipping was done very much felt like it was done because I chased. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Easy ordering and delivery was straightforward. Good customer service too.

Fast delivery, easy ordering system. Product as expected

We ordered 2 double beds for our sons, we reached out to the company before we placed the order to see if they did military/blue light discount. Their response was quick and they confirmed they do not offer this but offered a complimentary 3%.
We then place the order, received email confirmation immediately and dispatch email with in days.
The delivery was directly for the manufacturer, but when I had queries, they got back to me quickly and with the information needed.
We received the beds within 2 weeks of ordering.
We are please with our service and communication we had and would happily reuse the company and recommend to friends and family.
Beds were hard to build but we managed, this was just our choice of beds and not paying for the building options. This does not reflect the company! Maybe just consider this service if you order a complicated piece.

Do not buy from this company.
They never sent the bed we ordered and said the refund had been paid when nothing appeared in our bank. Fraudulent company and it’s sad it’s still going and making children suffer. The positive reviews are not real.
