Kidsbedsonline Ltd Reviews

This company is great. Very easy to place an order, delivery was so quick & was kept updated on the delivery time, the bed had clear instructions & was very straightforward to make even on my own. The bed was such a great price & amazing quality. Will definitely be recommending Kids Beds Online.

Brilliant service fast delivery and kept in touch from day of the order highly recommended

Very pleased with my order!
It was delivered within a few days, and I was well informed about the delivery time.
The bed was very well packaged, and in great condition.
I bought a mid-sleeper so there were 4 boxes and lots of parts. However, the instruction booklet is very clear and if you follow it and open the boxes as numbered, it’s really easy.
The bed is really nice and great quality. My little boy absolutely loves it!

Really happy with my daughter's new bed she absolutely loves it so thankyou again kidsbedsonline.com

Very happy with the bed at a decent price.
Very helpful in resolving my issue with damage from the delivery company.

Open and transparent. Responded to pre purchase quiries promptly and order fulfilled quickly

The bed is strong need around 2-3 hours to fix though. My 6 six year old and 3 year old love it.

Awful company, awkward regarding any unopen returns. Paid the delivery cost in which they charged, when wanting to return they ask me to cover additional delivery costs of a further £25 plus £36 to return. Very awkward unhelpful and also changed my name on delivery details for the courier making this hard to prove it was me. Once complained regarding this no apology, or any acknowledgement to their error.

I ordered a bed for my 2 year old son's new bedroom, and it was delivered so fast, within a couple of days of ordering. I was updated regularly with delivery details, and the quality of the bed exceeded my expectations. It was so easy to put together as well, and a great price for the quality received.

Great communication and prompt delivery time as agreed at a time that suited me.

Such an amazing deal with this bed. It’s amazing quality. My child loves it! My only issue is that there was no numbers on the pieces so trying to match the slat with the instructions to so long but overall I am so happy. Thank you

Stunning bed more off white then cream better then the photo easy to assemble and best price I found around very happy! Shame I can’t add a photo of it 🫶

Great bed and the process following up to receiving was great. Kept fully up to date with delivery time. Thanks
