Unfortunately, one of the four rubber feet were missing from the basket (for sink). Following a phone call, the girl very helpful and put extra "feet" in post to me - pleased with basket now.

Got excellent service from KITCHEN Appliances Centre When the hob arrived one of the electrodes was broken. Rang them right away and no problem they arranged to get it returned and a new one sent within a couple of days. No hassle. Love the hob.
