Kitappliance.com fail to respond to emails. I ordered over a month a go and still awaiting customer service. Beware!

happy consumer.
Quick prompt delivery. No problems there. When the overflow pipe ( bought as part of the Plumbing kit) was fitted to the sink it wouldnt fit into the carcase. my fitter had to cut away alot of the backboard. So much so that he used an offcut of wood to strenghten the carcase by screwing it to the outside of the backboard.

Fault remedied - no problem
Hard to source items (grey kitchen sink & stylish tap). They use DPD delivery - good. Unfortunately the tap had a manufacturing fault. No problem - they asked for a couple of photos to send to the manufacturer. Replacement despatched in 2 days.

Best Service ever
Kitchen extract received within 2days from ordering. It fitted perfect within existing hole of fan that was being replaced. Secured into position,electrics and ducting made good and all going within 30 minutes. Very pleased with service and will use TRUSTPILOT again that for sure. Would recommend

I recently bought an item from the Kitchen Appliance Centre via eBay.
Excellent service all round, I was kept informed of progress on my order. In the event, it was delivered a day earlier than promised......oh, and it was also probably the cheapest price on eBay!
