Best prices for great quality products. We've updated sooo many kitchen appliances and equipment and most of the replacements came from here! Lots of handy kitchen gadgets that we didn't know we needed but made our lives easier and a good variety of baking equipment and bentos.
Bizarre customer service
Bizarre customer service. A simple $30 meat thermometer Bought online and I get an email two days later saying the order was cancelled I call the 1800 number State my name and Card details used for the purchase. Ok Get an email later that day saying your order has been dispatched. Three days later I get another Email saying your order has been cancelled again! Strange service Online experience was strange.
Won't post negative reviews, poor customer support
I bought a scanpan ctx fry pan from them and the multi-layer base separated and they/scanpan refused to warranty it saying the pan was only suitable to use at up to setting 4 out of 9 heat. As a "Fry Pan" this is ridiculous given frying inherently involves high heat.
Frustrated, i left a review on their website page for the product stating my experience so that others could be informed in their purchase decisions. The review was never published - they clearly want to keep selling fry pans that can't be used at frying temperatures rather than let anyone know before they hand over their money.
The best way to store coffee beans
On Monday 15th February 2021 I purchased a OXO Good Grips Pop 2.0 Container Rectangular Short 1.6L for $17.95 so I could store coffee beans in it when I make coffee for my family and friends so they won't dry out for when I move into my own unit in March 2021. The staff were kind to me and the service was amazing.

Wow, the customer service if just great! Second time ordering -great sale price at the time - and one of the items was damaged. Wrote to them with a photo and Cathy you are a star…straight onto it and prompt replacement sent. Love the items I bought, good quality and good value.
Horrible costumer service
I ordered Béaba cook book for my child’s meal preparation online. It arrived with broken lid and I couldn’t use it as the steam would escape and not cook the veggies. I got in contact with kitchen warehouse straight away via phone call, they asked me to send an email to customer service of kitchenware house, with pictures of damaged appliances , which I did. It’s been 12 days today ( the order was placed on 18/04/23) and I haven’t received any updates whatsoever. I have called them 4 times already and every time i tell them what happened and I am told someone named Amy is looking after my case. Haven’t heard anything from Amy yet. Pathetic pathetic service so far. Never going to order anything from kitchen warehouse ever again. Such a shame they seem to have vast range of products but what is the point of it if you treat your customers like pendulum moving them back and forth with no results. Horrible customer service experience.
Slow delivery
My expected delivery date is 16 days after I placed my order. I don't live in Australia and am not sure if this is normal but it seems a long time. I live in Ireland and Irish orders are usually within a few days sometimes the following day, European orders may take a week , 10 days at most. I also recieved no delivery information, just an order placed conformation email. It took 2 emails and 4 days wait from me to get a response from KW. I will not use this site again.
Product arrived faulty Terrible customer service too busy to respond and apparently need to contact the manufacturer
Product arrived faulty. Called & was asked to email pictures, which I did.
I had to follow up due to no response & told they had too many emails before mine and were unable to reply or do anything.
After explaining I had read other reviews with the same issue I would like to return the faulty product.
I’m blue to be told I couldn’t until they had firstly got around to my email in their queue and secondly they had to contact the manufacturer!! To seek further advice and I had to wait for their response.
Very unhelpful and rude
They now have my money and I have a faulty product in the way awaiting an outcome.
I will never order from kitchen warehouse again and will be seeking further advice.

If there is a store you would like to avoid then its Kitchen Warehouse Malaga. Terrible customer service. I bought 6 small containers and not even a bag was offered. I had to walk to the car twice to collect the items from the counter by hand. Maybe its not the store and the salesperson. If its a salesperson they need to review their staff.
Take my advice and go to another store.

Just picked up an online order and 2 out of 5 items where damaged. A cake pan was dented and one of the pizza trays was missing its packaging slip and was scratched all over. Seems that they are are getting rid of all the damaged goods that no one will pick in the store and giving them to online orders. Bad service.

Really poor processes and customer service
Ordered an item click and collect during lockdown and realised it was the wrong item. Discusses this with service staff when I picked it up and was told they could not process returns or exchanges because of their “systems” and was told to come back after lockdown. 3 months later finally could go in to get a refund (since I was told to just buy the product I wanted and wait for a return!) I found out that the service staff had a hand written process to do refunds and it could take up to a week to process! Plenty of other retailers managed to service customers well through lockdown but this company can’t. Funny how their systems can process a payment quick enough - but if you want to return anything (pretty normal with online click and collect) you are out of luck.

I purchased 3 Province Carry Baskets for Christmas gifts and was totally disappointed. 2 were perfect and one was faulty it wouldn’t even sit cermetrical, it looked very deformed. I would not purchase from this company again. Please be very aware that they send out imperfected products. I sent an email yesterday to the company and no reply. Again I sent another message this morning before I take further action.
horrible customer service by assistant manager at Penrith store
Shopped online a couple of times and been in store and bought things and always had a good experience until today.
We bought a mechanical icecream scoop only two days ago, washed it and then went to use it and it broke straight away.
We went in just to swap it over and the assistant manager Jody made us feel awful! We were nice and just said we wanted to swap it and in a very rude tone she said “ warranty normally doesn’t cover this, you didn’t follow the instructions”
It’s an icecream scoop! My parents have had a similar one for over 10yrs and it was still warm when we were using it and the icecream had been sitting out so was soft!
I worked in retail for over 8yrs and would never ever treat people like that especially over a $20 icecream scoop!
Great customer service
Great customer service. We received goods that were damaged in transit, and they were wonderful to deal with and replaced them quickly and very politely. When they were out of our item, they let us choose another similar product, and took off the 99 cents more that it would have cost us for the similar product. We recommend them!
