K mart has the worst on line shopping website ever, not user friendly. I ordered a product for click and collect from Henderson branch website said in stock. Next day a refund pending up to 5 days to process due to store either not having item or staff not finding it. If you would like to purchase more than one item the customer will need to collect from two different stores as usually delivery not available either. All other online websites will courier items between stores to fill an order not k mart. Unable to order anything I need due to there online set up. Extremely disappointing.

I am highly disappointed that you discriminating against the unvaxed. Your store does have essential items our home does require so looks like we will be shopping where we are welcome. As you do not let the gov make decisions on who is welcome in your store. Highly disappointed.

I ordered on the 26th of August.
I did not receive any tracking number or indication of the product being processed.
4 weeks later I emailed an inquiry. They were going to prices a refund, 5 days to refund they initially said. After 2 weeks I emailed as no refund. They said they had refunded my money and to contact my bank but refused to provide proof of refund.
Still waiting on a refund and have made a formal complaint and asked for a customer services manager to contact me.
Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered an office chair from Kmart.com, got a roll of screen instead. Their garbage website switched the order. Chatted with Kmart rep, who said it was filled by Ami ventures inc.Kmart contact ami who said to return it.they have me a return tracking no. And said go to post office and they will print a label wrong po won’t print from that.next they emailed a barcode label and said to show barcode to po to print label wrong again, po said they required QR code, ami can’t produce a qr code on on their antiquated computer. I told them numerous times I don’t have a home printer. They kept insisting I print the label. I can’t do it no printer. I said to send me a printed label, they refused. After 7 days of chatting and wasting my time and money and tons of aggravation and 2 wild goose chases to the post office, Kmart finally stepped in and said they would refund my money and not to return the garbage item they wrongly sent me. Stupid Kmart and ami ventures, bad customer service and I’m not buying from Kmart or ami again , I’m still waiting for my refund, hasn’t shown up yet, maybe it won’t.

Ordered a rug online, payment was deducted and no updates to the order for one week. A week later I was sent an email saying my order was cancelled and I was being refunded. Really poor online system with incorrect stock levels and listing items for sale that are not actually in stock. Would not recommend!!

Like so many others, I ordered 2 items online a month ago. They immediately took the money out of my bank account.
2 weeks ago, I got an email cancelling my order and saying my money had been refunded.
It has not been refunded and they have not acknowledged any of my emails.
They are completely unable to be contacted by phone.
Customer service is non existent and I will NEVER use the online service again.

Terrible online customer service. I placed and order one month ago and it was delivered pretty quick except for one item. I have asked them to cancel it and they said it can’t be cancelled. I have been trying to contact the phone number with no luck and they’re no longer replying to my emails.

I had a order online and waiting 4 weeks Kmart emailed me saying sorry out of stock and at that I lost my Visa card and I got a new replacement and I got a email saying where going to refund me $9.00 and i got a email back saying sorry we can't refund you because your card has been reported Stolen and I said to them it isn't I said I lost it so now there saying contact you bank to get your refund back so I just said buger you keep the bloody Money so I loger will be shopping at Kmart or anything to do with Kmart very pisst off

Absolute crap customer service. I've emailed, no reply, rang them and you have to wait at least 25 minutes so I asked for a call back, still waiting.
I bought a set of scales online and they haven't arrived. I've had my purchases from Australia arrive and I ordered them after useless Kmarts scales. I'll never buy online from this place again

its so bad. I ordered just a photo frame set on click and collect. for my partners birthday decoration as i lockdown there is nothing much. i have been calling the store since last 5 days. no answer no delivery of the product. its so annoying. very bad service.

Been waiting for my click and collect for 4 days now, no communication nor any responses to any of the request i put through to them ive ask to cancel my order and still no reply. Unacceptable

Absolutely disgraceful lack of (no) customer service. Several attempts made to contact Kmart and no luck any way. Message, phone, email or sms. Totally ignored and even hung up on! Such a shame because I like Kmart products however customer service is everything and Kmart has none. I'm still waiting on 2 orders to delivered. I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them 0.

Recently bought Anko 2 in 1 cordless stick vaccum. It is a useless product. Complete waste of money. Poor suction. Instead of vacuuming hair/ lint, it gets rolled around in the roller. After vacumming for a few minutes, you needs to spend way more time than that to remove the hair from the roller itself, even though we don't have any pets and I vacuum with other big vacuum ever week. I bought this for in-between vacuuming. I tried to return it but told they could not take it back as it was not 'faulty'. The store manager herself came to talk to me and said it's normal to spend way more time to clean hair from the roller than to vacuum itself after every use. She does that in her house every time! Liar. Got deceived by all the raving reviews on kmart website. When I tried to write the review after this experience, I found out I can not even write a review in their website. I wonder who write all those raving reviews in their website!

I made a order on the 5th of September then on the 8th of september i got an email saying that all my items had been shipped i didnt get a trcking number to track my order i logged into my kmart account and it said no previous orders. Im confused and sceard. i spent $480 on this order i sent them a message and still havnt heard frlm them ?

Done an online order 4th sept,it states will get a tracking number within 24hrs,Its now sept 8th,Ive messaged a few times,they have been ignored,i got 1 that stated we will respond shortly,NOTHING ended up ringing,monday was told will get tracking number tuesday,STILL NOTHING,still says its being processed,and is Blaming COVID,and was told to be patient,Ive done an order every 2 weeks during lockdown and apart from one order has come from 3 different places,2 weeks ago,this has never happened,they just ignore ignore ignore,IM OVER IT.I want to cancell it now,cant figure out how,

Ordered items that still have not been processed and now will be out of stock like they always are. Worst website ever. Was promised delivery for Fathers day, No such luck.

Usually I'm very happy with everything I buy from KMart but your Organic Cotton Pads leave a lot to be desired. Before the new Organic Pads I've been happy but these are so harsh on my skin and really not possible to use removing eye make up, eyes are a delicate area and the new organic pads are like cardboard.

I gave a one star because they didn’t have a zero. I ordered a special gift for my granddaughter August 4 needed it by August 13 and still didn’t get it and received a message from ups it’s arriving tomorrow and I’m leaving in the am and won’t be here until later . Very disappointed

I have trying to call your stores in Henderson and st Luke’s in Auckland over the past (2) Days and the phones rings no Answer.
I have called and called
You must be losing thousands of dollars and customers.
Please Address this problem A.S.A.P

Returned my items on 20/07/21, it is now 05/08/21 and I still haven't got my full refund. No one replies through the online contact system. I called and they said I have to go back into the store (which is ages away) to get my refund, even though I'd already gone in to return my items last month. Very unhelpful customer service, and suprised they didn't get the refund processed properly in the first place. Pretty disappointed.
