Kmart Manukau disgraceful service. New store should at least have staff that provide customer service with care. The first attendant said he didn't know what swimming togs were after describing to him several times, he simply didn't care. The checkout attendant was even more unhelpful unable to confirm whether the store took Zip or Afterpay. When I got home with my purchase it still had the security tags on them...that was after my receipt was scanned by the store security. At the very minimum, staff need to learn the systems to be able to provide good customer service with care.

Love kmart! But the afterpay does not work on it! You need to fix this..

I bought six bowls on line. They never arrived because according to the courier service, they broke, therefore they were not delivered. No matter how many times I have contacted KMart Customer Services, they don’t give a damn. I am still out of money with no goods. Disgusting service by KMart. I am going to take this to Fair go if I don’t hear back.

Kmart online is the most useless site to shop from. I swear everytime I do online order or click & collect it shows as stock next minute getting a refund because they don't have the item. Lol sort your s**t out Kmart.

We bought your Extra large dog bed from Your Petone store last weekend and we are thrilled with it and also is our old Dog Max .I still use his blanket to make I softer ,but what great value for $40 .

Whats wrong with Kmart no one picks up the phone their customer service is going down the drain! Waste of time tried to call many kmart stores and no one bother picking up the phone. Why bother putting your number on line if you dont pick up the phone… it doesnt make sense!!! Very frustrating!!!!

Worse customer experience I have EVER experienced from a company - and I'm from Africa, so that should say something! Took 5 phone calls FROM ME following up on where my order was. Then they finally (after the 5th call and 17 days later) decided to "cancel" the order and give me a refund. It's now 19 days later and still no money in my account - so I called them AGAIN - only to now hear that they have not processed the refund. Asked to speak to a manager but no team leader available to take my call. Shame on you Kmart! 5 weeks out of pocket and without the products that I've ordered... Unacceptable!

Oh dear K Mart NZ, terrible service. Bought 2 prs of gym trousers, went to the self service checkout, the three staff members were having a giggle behind the desk, ignoring customers. I didn't notice that the clothes had security tags. Showed my receipt on leaving the store and the alarm sounded. I looked at the staff member and he told me it was fine and to leave.
Got home and found the tags. Called K Mart was advised that there was no way to remove the tags and I would have to return.
So, once again I drove 25 minutes to get to K Mart.
Asked a staff member for assistance who grunted when I passed her my receipt while she continued to laboriously check the codes on the receipt and the labels. She removed the tags and walked off. No apology, no thank you. Just rude. I regularly visit Queensland and the Maroochydore K Mart is clean, good service and worth the visit. I won't be going back to the Frankton branch.
Train your staff.

My overall experience at Kmart is unsatisfying. The quality of most products are very poor. For example they sell mop sticks and I have had 2 break in a short period. The clothing and footwear is unsustainable. There are products that are sold as a necessity and quality has not been considered. Please be careful when shopping at this store.

I've often shopped online with Kmart.....Never ever again. I answered the payment requirements. Yet after 5 times trying to pay with my card, you have said .... UNSUCESSFUL.... WHY !!! ???

I'm not going to expect ultra quality clothes from Kmart, no, I've bought some nice things there before - online and in-store. But what I do expect is to be able to wear the things I buy without them tearing almost immediately after the tags are off.

When did the dip in quality occur? Perhaps it was always there; the lackluster... everything. While I know that Kmart is not high quality to begin with, it should at least be better than a bargain bin.

I'm beyond disappointed in the durability of Kmart's products, and I will be shopping elsewhere.

Hi There, went last night to cranbourne Kmart done bit of shopping while finished the shopping we was going out and we got the blue wheels trolley actually the stuff was heavy so I asked the Stacy the lady at the exit point that if it is ok I can take the trolley out, I also told her that my wife can stay here if u want I will be back soon, then she start laughing at us and make funny faces, there was other customers also who witnessed the incident. Then store manager also came Danni. Then Stacy apologized to us.
What my wife feel it personally although she got asthma she feel ashamed of the incident, she started thinking while we was coming home and she was feeling uncomfortable in the car. I have to give her asthma medicine. (Puffer). The behavior showed the staff is not acceptable it is poor customer service at all. I don’t understand why she was laughing and making faces on us. Is it discrimination due to my color seriously very very bad poor customer service. Need need to train there staff and give them some education too. Seriously such a stupid behavior.

I bought some glass bowls/plates online. All were received broken because the person dispatching the product didn't mark the package Fragile. I received a refund so ordered the products again with instructions to mark the package Fragile. I'm yet to receive the product so contacted Kmart enquiring if the package had a Fragile sticker on it and received a dumb response stating some stores put fragile on the package others don't! It seems there isn't a lot of commonsense at Kmart. They should be investigated and fined for creating so much rubbish for our landfills disgraceful behaviour.

DO NOT ORDER FROM K-MART!!!! They say something is delivered when it is NOT. They still have my money though. Auto bot Customer service is useless tells you to contact Courier. Amazon Logistics tells you to contact K-Mart. I feel scammed.

Everything I have bought from Kmart has not lasted. They ate getting everything made as cheap as they possibly can and do not care about the consumers at all. Not to mention the slave labour. Do not support them!!!!!
