Terrible, just terrible

Ollie fitted foil insulation. He was very thorough and cleaned up after he finished. He was very pleasant and gave clear explanations of any queries I had.

First stage was a loft inspection which i knew i needed due to my own work in the construction industry, everything the inspector’s said was understandable, i knew it needed spray foam removing due to trapped moisture etc and potentially rotting my rafters, quickly advised me of a foil based insulation and seen samples, it made sense this was the way to go!

On install day the team arrived and removed the spray foam and installed foil insulation, very considerate in cleanliness and polite with everyone in my home including my 3 pet dogs who where excited to meet potential new friends (was fun for them and the team lol)

These last few days i have noticed on my smart thermostat that we are using less gas as the home is heating more quickly and lasting longer between heating times, which so far is going to look good in the long term!!

I had KMS insulations installed foil in my loft and I'm very happy with the end result and I'm looking forward to reaping of benefits of the foil and save a bit more on my bills. Thank you lads for the hard work.

Fantastic work to jamie and the team completley went above and beyond for me in my old age helping me by bringing down everything from the loft. I've enjoyed my experience tremendously from having a better more effecient home to looking back on memories i had forgotten about, the lads have cleaned up after themselves very pleased indeed. Thank you.

The initial survey of my loft was great, the surveyor was very precise and attentive. She explained everything very well and was extremely informative and professional. The insulation engineers were very polite and professional also and communicated everything with me from start to finish and the completed job looks great. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone who would benefit from their services.

I’m sharing my experience to document what happened. I worked with this company and was not paid on time. During this period, I was asked to take leads from another company, and the compensation I ultimately received worked out to be below minimum wage for the time required.
After I left a review about these issues, the company contacted me privately and offered me money in exchange for removing the review. I’m leaving this review so others can make an informed decision based on how payment and feedback are handled.I have also haven’t received any form of payslips even after requesting them on multiple occasions nor given any proof of tax payments would highly recommend to stay away from this company

COWBOYS!!! My parents had them out and they are the worst company ever. They have not completed the job correctly, and even put their foot through the ceiling!!! Oh I forgot the roof now leaks causing my elderly parents to get wet through!!! We have made several attempts to get them back out and surprise, surprise no answer. We have asked for their money back and now we are going through trading standards and small claims court!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

polite efficient staff hard working i had ollie and Malachi working in my loft to remove spray foam and install all seasons foil insulation in my rafters to solve my moisture issues and to save on my energy bills. I would recommend this company to anybody needing any of this work done. Thank You Kirstie for having me as a customer

The lads Ollie and Dan put a shift in when insulating my loft with foil insulations. They did a great job and even tidied up when they finished.

I am really very happy with this company. They came two days after the initial consultation and worked very hard taking all the foam out of my loft which they did in two days. They then re-insulated my loft with foil. I am thrilled as they got the foam out just in time before my rafters were seriously damaged by the foam and they insulated the floor too. My house will be warmer which is important as I live in a very old house and it should lower my heating bills. I am so grateful. They did a fantastic job.

With the knowledge and experience she has 5 stars doesn’t even meet the stars that she deserves. As a customer you would also agree she is friendly, approachable, trustworthy and a woman to her word with pure determination to meet all regulations and quality throughout the service from start to finish.

I work for the company n it’s a great company to work for!! Kirstie works so hard to make the company work n she deserves every success! We work our socks to make sure the jobs done on time and to the customers satisfaction n each customer is addressed to their own needs and requirements and we meet all standards and regulations for each service we offer

We remove problems and solve them accordingly and safely
