The appointment for a “free” loft survey arranged over the phone wasn’t followed up by text/ email confirmation as iscommon practice. As my loft was pretty full it took a day to clear it in readiness for the inspection. When I phoned to check why no one showed up at the appointed time it was claimed someone phoned me this morning to confirm the appointment ( on the actual day ??? ) and couldn’t get through. I’ve had no missed calls. What appalling communication. Maybe this company ought to spend less money on social media advertising and pay someone who can manage an appointments diary in the good, old fashioned way. 🤬

Unfortunately we had to cancel our installation however we dealt with Haroon Marshall, understood why and refunded straight away. Had our situation not changed we would have gone ahead as the product is excellent and the whole service we have had from first to last has been very good.

The product is a great idea, and has a longer lifespan than standard glass fibre insulation. The company were easy to deal with and the work was carried out the next day by Kelvin and his team. fitment was great and despite the size of the loft space the work was the fairly quickly. And they cleaned up leaving very little for me to do other than tidy up the items stored in the loft.

Great service over and above by Kelvin and Calum.

They wont stop calling me. Literally every day. Asking the same thing.

The Newcastle team were amazing, great bunch of lads, never stopped from the moment they came to leaving. They have done a first class job in the loft.

Coventry team did a fantastic job today. Very pleased with the product. Pleasant, polite people to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Manny and Bully, the Reading team came with plenty time, fitted the product and cleaned the fiber glass. I liked that i have the quote yesterday and got it installed today. I have also been given good advise about the boarding of the loft by Manny. On the other hand, i didn't like the quoting process and the sales pitch, coming from a ridiculous price to a more sensible one. Needed to speak to Mr Fodor to get a more reasonable price and to get the fiberglass removed to Mr Casey. Maybe i have overpaid, but I am happy with the job.

I am constantly receiving calls, sometimes as many as 5 a day, from Nutec. I have asked to be put on the "do not call" list many times but to no avail. I have patiently explained to them many times that I had my loft re-insulated a year ago but they keep calling.

They have the wrong address and postcode for me, I've told them but they keep calling.

It is simply harassment. The numbers they call from are virtual numbers so I cant block them. I've tried being polite, it doesn't work. I've tried being rude, it doesn't work.

Reading team done a amazing job in my roof today. They are clean and organize. Dont play around with the time. Really respectful people. Thank you.
