I used Kooma for many years, I feel I have been deceived and manipulated by some of the readers. They are rude, patronising and uncaring. One of the readers gave their personal, so I had private readings with her. I thought she was decent and caring, she turned out to be a nasty piece of work that manipulated and took advantage of me by stealing my money.I have left a few reviews, which were rejected. They only publish good reviews. Please stay away from this company, terrible customer service, incompetent and inefficient.

We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with Kooma and few of its readers. We will be grateful if you can get back to us with the user id or nickname of the reader who you said gave you their personal details.
As mentioned in Kooma Terms and Conditions, readers are not allowed to divulge their personal number or address and you should have reported that person straight away.
Also, if you give us your customer account number we will be able to tell you why your reviews were not accepted on the website.

Really patronising and negative. Making things out of air. Implied it was my problem that I couldn’t take the truth!! Psychic insight zero. Avoid with a barge pole. Don’t let them take your money.

We take time to train our readers to amongst other thing show more empathy in their delivery and if some are failing to achieve this goal, we will need to have a chat with them and point areas where they can improve.

Feeback rejected on several occassions
This company rejects feedback left by callers for Kooma's readers.
Even a simple sentence such as 'Predictions never happened' will get rejected. I have been using their services over an x period of time and have had many readings -some were great some simply bad.
My feeback has been rejected , sometimes my feeback left for readers was even MODIFIED by Kooma, they have published only the good and removed that predictions did not happen or that in my opinion a certain reader is not psychic, to modify feedback left for readers is missleading and dishonest practice.
When I have phoned Kooma's customer service and complained about that I was told they reserve the rights to reject any feedback without a reason....
This is quite dishonest in my opinion, we should be able to leave a true and honest feedback for their readers despite if Kooma likes it or not.
What is the point to only have great feedback on their site? By modifying feedback and only displaying great feeback they are missleading callers.
Not very honest and spiritual approach to clients I must say.....

11.1 We may publish, check, edit or remove all or part of the comments or other material, including your name, town and country, which you submit to Us ('Your Content'), at our sole discretion. We are not obliged to do any of these things and We may not.
We appreciate rightful comments and publish the one star rating ones after listening to the recording and agree that the reader could have been better in their delivery. However, some comments are not only negative but also malicious towards the reader and these will not be accepted. Writing about a reader not being a psychic because they did not say what one wanted to hear is a type of comment we will also reject. For example, if a baker burns a cake will they be demoted from their baker profession or be told they are not a baker? even if that person had made the most tasteful cake previously?
The Kooma psychics are regularly vetted and we use the negative comments to help them improve. In other words, we may not publish all of the negative comments but use them to train our readers, so no reviews good or bad are ignored.
