Wrong Bo
I've ordered from Kungfu4less in the past and have been very happy with the products. This time, I ordered a plain skinless 6' rattan bo. What I recieved was a rattan bo with a tiger stripe design burned into it. The bo itself is good quality and it looks cool, it's just not what I ordered.

I am yet to receive my order. It was supposed to be here by the 14th of June.

The items that arrived did not match…
The items that arrived did not match the photo. Customer service would not return my full order without making me pay for additional shipping.
belt patches were ordered and the belt patches did not match each other. Customer service said they must have had to order more from another supplier. I asked to return the full set since they do not match and he said its not a set so he would only give me a return label for the ones that did not match the photo. However without them all the 4 that were correct were irrelevant for the project I was doing.
He said he was the manager and was very rude and confrontational on the phone. All over $24
I will never order from this site again

We would like to clarify the facts of this order for the record.
You ordered 16 color belt patches. Due to a temporary supplier substitution, 4 of those patches arrived with a white border instead of the solid color. When you called to report this, we acknowledged the oversight, apologized, and immediately offered a prepaid return label and a full refund for those 4 specific items.
However, the remaining 12 items were delivered exactly as ordered and were completely free of defects. While we gladly cover 100% of the costs to rectify a mistake on our part, we do not pay for return shipping or refund the original shipping costs on correct, non-defective items. To put this into perspective, it would be like a customer ordering 100 color belts and expecting the business to refund the entire order, including all shipping fees, simply because a single specific color had a slightly different shade. No company can operate that way.
We stand by the fairness of our policy and our immediate effort to resolve the issue with the 4 mismatched items. Your request for a full refund of the entire order and all shipping costs was declined because it directly contradicts our standard operating procedures for correctly fulfilled items.
