Never received any shipping information until I made a phone call requiring about it still have not received my first package. One of my items was out of stock I guess cause was told it was cancelled. Second bad experience so definitely last time I will order.

The customer service is great, they respond fast , my only problem , why you do not you make it easier for customers by accepting price adjustments for orders placed within a specific period of time when price drops?

Superb service and knidness
This is a late review for which, I apologise. It is for Rachel at the York Designer Outlet. I went in to see if they sold individual bag straps. Unfortunately, they didn’t. However, Rachel asked me to wait a minute whilst she checked. She returned with several straps from which, I chose two. She wouldn’t take any payment as they weren’t stock. I couldn’t believe how she had gone out of her way to look for these for me and her generosity. I am extremely grateful for her kindness and have used the straps to upgrade my handbag.
