If I can give a zero I would. I bought a bag at original price no discount. It hasn’t even been a month and the closure hardware on the bag is defective. When trying to open the bag, the male part of the clasp became permanently stuck and jammed inside the female closing mechanism. The lock will not release or catch properly, leaving the bag unusable.It is a manufacturing defect in the metal hardware. When I reached out to them online, all I was told to do is return it and re-purchase it all over again. They didn’t even mention if they will refund the return product. When I asked to escalate it to a supervisor manager, I was told the same thing.

Wrong Item Received
I ordered 2 rings. One of the rings that came was not what I ordered. Completely different item was mailed. As if that was not frustrating enough, I was on hold for 30 minutes for CS when the recording said there are no agents available and call back another time. Click. Really? If there was no intention to take calls, why have customers wait for 30 minutes only to hang up on them afterwards? Then, I tried the chat bot. Same thing. I waited for an agent. And waited. I’ll have to try another day. This is my first experience with this brand—and looks like my last.

The shoes were way too big
The shoes were way too big. It would be helpful to have a size chart for shoes so that I can get the most accurate size. I had ordered another pair that were on sale and I won’t be able to wear those either because they’re the same size. Unfortunately the ones on sale can’t be returned.

Do not buy from the website the inventory does not match what is in stock they always confirm an take my payment then days later the cancel due to no inventory I’m sick and tired of this happening and they take no responsibility for this problem. I like the brand but I’m never ordering from the website again this the 3rd time they canceled my order and i have to wait on my funds to up to 10 business days to return to my account.
