The shoes were way too big
The shoes were way too big. It would be helpful to have a size chart for shoes so that I can get the most accurate size. I had ordered another pair that were on sale and I won’t be able to wear those either because they’re the same size. Unfortunately the ones on sale can’t be returned.

Do not buy from the website the inventory does not match what is in stock they always confirm an take my payment then days later the cancel due to no inventory I’m sick and tired of this happening and they take no responsibility for this problem. I like the brand but I’m never ordering from the website again this the 3rd time they canceled my order and i have to wait on my funds to up to 10 business days to return to my account. Express was Regular
I placed an ordered for a special birthday surprise for someone in another state. The product was updated to me as out of stock 2 days prior to delivery and I had been receiving successful updates. I called and spoke with a representative and he stated I could place an express order to arrive the day of because I had 2.5 days remaining before the special day. Bad news the product arrived MONDAY! I was so upset. All of that and promise was broken , paid for express and it failed. Never again. Order regular because express was a waste of money. An express refund should have been applied or updated to another product. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

I love the bag
I love the bag! There was a delay in delivery but that was reported as weather related so I understand that’s not your issue. The inside zipper was not functioning properly but I was able to get it realigned. I would like that noted in case there are issues down the road.

Nice bag but too small
Nice bag but it’s too small for what I needed it for. I do not recommend it if you are an educator and need something to keep your phone in during the day. Looking at it from the website it looks larger but it’s not. I chose to return it. Key words: Micro Kensington Drench Bag

I love any and everything KurtGeiger! The uniqueness/quality of the bags AND shoes have me in a chokehold. I order like once a week and that's why I'm in "ambassadorial" status. LOL! However, I never had an order that was cancelled and it was very disappointing. I've had my eyes set on this specific bag and apparently it sold out...days after I placed my order. Very interesting! So, some friendly suggestions would be to keep a thorough track of inventory; provide amount of remaining stock on app/website; and please don't confirm orders if the product is unavailable. Many major online merchants provide stock amounts to the customer, which enhances the shopping experience. Something to look into...
