Ordered a new mattress and when I realised I’d ordered the wrong one (my fault) I contacted them to change the order.
Sophie handled this superbly and new mattress was delivered this week after only a few days.

The sales lady was really helpful and informative. We were allowed plenty of time to try the mattresses and didn’t feel pressured at any time. We have bought mattresses from Land of Beds before and we don’t even bother to look at other providers as we are so happy with the quality and service at Land of Beds.

The bed is lush I’ve got the Tall Mia black fabric ottoman bed! And it’s lush
Took me 20 mins to pop up easy as anything! Storage underneath is amazing! (Well needed) the bed looks lush! My mattress is also from land of beds which is the high grove stretton double and it’s lush and sooo comfy!
Well recommended for price, communication and delivery! Fab company!

Great help in showroom
I went today to land of beds at Helsby to buy a bed and headboard. Julie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient in assisting my choices and purchase. She listened carefully to me and really wanted to make sure I was happy and she didn’t push the most expensive options that I was considering. Great service, I’m looking forward to taking delivery.

Quick service on a weekend
I could not get the order to go through after approving in my banking app so messaged the company on Saturday night of a public holiday weekend. On Sunday morning I received a call and was able to place my order over the phone really easily.

Irene was so knowledgeable about the beds and explained everything to my husband and I and also to are granddaughter who we were looking for a bed for. She took the time to explain about each bed we looked at. We purchased a single sealy bed and also a double. We also purchased the mattress covers which Irene also explained how they worked. Alan completed the order explaining about delivery. They are also removing double mattress for free. Definitely worth a visit to there shop in Helsby. Marian, Bernie and Robyn
