Nice rug at a good price, delivered very quickly

I ordered my rug on the 11th of this month and are still waiting tracked twice apparently it’s in Belgium which is odd because I bought it from the shop in Derby! tried to ring the helpline number twice nobody answered would I recommend? Probably not?if it’s not delivered by the 2nd delivery date I will be cancelling.

Very pleased with the quality of the rug for the price, it arrived on time.
Good communications from point of purchase through to delivery.
I would use this company again.

Once I managed to get a response…. Person whom emailed myself Charlie ….. answered and sorted my issue…… that’s all I was trying to do ……
It’s just knowing that someone will respond….

Although the rug is lovely and the courier was great, Land of Rugs service was bad. The rug was ordered on a Monday and an email was sent to me confirming the order was allocated for despatch with tracking details to follow.
By Thursday I hadn't heard anything so contacted customer service who said they would need to chase this issue with the warehouse.
A couple of hours later I received an email from the courier stating they were awaiting receipt of the rug, to be delivered, so it was still in the warehouse, 4 days later.
With the Easter break delaying delivery, the rug was finally delivered on the following Tuesday.
If I hadn't chased this order up with Land of Rugs I'd probably still be waiting.
This issue has made me very wary of ordering from this company again and I would not recommend them.

Oh dear…. Order placed 9th March 2026 and paid for, “allocated for dispatch” the same day, then nothing. Chased via email twice; no response, called 6 times; no answer. Yet I’m still getting emails from them to review, so here I am reviewing. The rug I ordered may be beautiful, I can’t comment as it’s not been received. Customer service is non existent, they don’t answer the phone or respond to email. Most concerning though is that I can still go on their website and order the rug I’ve already paid for but not received.

What a lovely company to deal with…. Ordered two rugs of which one was on pre order so I was prepared to wait, however my rugs arrived within a couple of days after ordering, and to top it all free delivery. Extremely pleased with the quality and look of the rugs and definitely use Land of Rugs again,

Easy ordering on the website with plenty of photos of the rug. It took 3 days to come delighted with it. Good deep pile and colours match the photos.

I ordered a rug for the foyer in our Apartments. I was nervous, because I had not dealt with Land of Rugs before. I had read previous reviews, which led to my trust in the Company.
I certainly needn't have worried! The rug, and its lining, arrived exactly when it was expected Beautifully packaged, so there was nothing left to do but lay it down. Its quality and appearance fully complements our redecoration.

My carpet arrived on time and as described, I am happy

It is so luxurious it’s like putting your foot on a fluffy cloud,well that’s how it feels anyway. I love the colour and everything about it. And such good value and quick delivery. Would order again when I need a rug.

Purchased an OliviaOLI101 rug. Rug arrived within the specified period. After a light vacuum it looked okay. That is until it was walked on. Ugly footprints wherever the rug was walked on. Contacted Land of Rugs who asked for photos. After a short delay their quality team said that this was a characteristic of the rug and the footsteps could easily be brushed out. I pointed out that this characteristic was not pointed out in the sales blurb. And also asked whether it was reasonable to expect the rug to be brushed Everytime it was walked on it. No answer was offered. Instead it was stated that as the marks were not the result of a fault in manufacture, then to return the rug I would have to pay for the transportation! ( In other cases of returns looked at, the company also suggest that insurance should be taken out on the consignment.)
Looking at Land of Rugs terms and conditions, it is stated that only rugs returned in an unused condition would be refunded.
Obviously their position is unacceptable for all the reasons outlined above.
My only option appears to be legal action.
Update: After a battle involving many, many emails, Land of Rugs picked up the rug at their cost and informed me yesterday(11 March) that they had fully refunded the purchase price to myself!!!

Excellent delivery, good quality rug at a really good price

Got a new bedroom rug for my daughter. It’s lovely and soft. Great value for money. This is the third rug I’m buying from Land of Rugs. Have never been disappointed and the delivery is very quick.

I had been looking for a new rug in the living room for a while. I always check to see and this one is beautiful with an offer on the original price. It has replaced a wool rug I bought from Land of Rugs Ltd a number of years which is still admired. So it is used in another room. The company are efficient and offers are genuine.

The rug is lovely and I'm extremely happy with it, however, the delivery was appalling. I received so many delivery dates ( from fedex) which didn't happen. The rug was ordered on 20th January and finally arrived on 5th February.

Very prompt delivery and processing. Impressed.

Great product and service. Rug is beautiful, great quality and price. Customer service was really efficient and helpful when the original sized rug wasn’t available they sorted a refund immediately. Would highly recommend
