Found an aftershave for a brilliant price on their website. Much better price than anywhere else. Received it very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
It was my first purchase - usually would get my supplements elsewhere. Price quoted is affordable. The glass bottle was packed securely and received in good condition. Delivery is prompt. Thank you... Toon meer

I'm so sorry to see this. Please do reach out to our team and we'll be glad to assist and resolve this.
Poor delivery and misinformation
I made an initial order online - based on positive reviews - especially concerning delivery timeframes. My experience to date is the very opposite. Received confirmation of order 9 days ago. Waited 8 days before I heard anything further when I finally received a dispatch notice and tracking number. Today 9 days now since placing the order - the tracking number shows that Royal Mail are still to receive the item from Landys. So in other words it has not been dispatched. No idea when this is likely to happen but even if finally dispatched today I won’t receive it before Saturday earliest - 11 days after placing the order and that’s the best outcome. So if you’re prepared to potentially wait 12 days minimum for an item then fair enough but if you need an item sooner don’t be swayed by the fast delivery recommendations.

Hi Ms Pike, I'm sorry to see this. I wish you had emailed us - this guidance from Royal Mail means your parcel is lost - everything we ship leaves us same day. Please do email the team so we can resolve this for you.

Antwoord van Landys Chemist
I'm sorry to see this. Unfortunately we've been hit by a spate of illness and it's slowed down the team and our shipping operation. We're catching up and orders are going out quickly now!
Good services
Had to return two items which I could not use due to having allergies.
I returned the good yesterday and was refunded today.
I think there a very good company to deal with and would definitely use them again.
