Landys Chemist Reviews

Had the stock, great price, free delivery. Excellent

You let me know when my parcel was going to be delivered and it arrived it that time frame

Early days on on my third pill, but oh the joy last night only two trips to the loo rather than the usual 5. I am 80 with an enlarged prostate. This was recommended by a friend who has been on it longer and it has helped him no end with his nightly visits.
The packaging could have been a bit smaller rather than a big box. It's only a tiny bottle.

I have had this product from other companies but this one was the most cost effective. Once despatched I was regularly kept up to date on the tracking. An excellent experience overall & I shall definitely be purchasing from Landys again.

Excellent service, fast and well packaged delivery, good prices and availability of products, everything you would want from your Chemist! Thank you

All good, quick shipping.

I haven't received the product deliveed to me in over a week time. So, posting seems to be a problem. Likewise, for an honest answer, I am not sure why a review is needed before using a product.

Arrived on time easy and straightforward ordering

Excellent service from beginning to end. Thank you.

Always in stock, great price, sent out quickly and received well packed. Fabulous company to deal with.

Good communications regarding order and a prompt delivery as always.

Price point very competitive. Ordering process was easy and the parcel arrived when expected. Useful progress updates were provided at intervals between order, despatch and expected delivery date. No complaints here.

I received an email on 29 April to confirm my subscription and it said I had until 30 April when it would be shipped. I tried to cancel on 29 April and was told it had already been shipped. When I contacted customer support, there was no apology. They just said ‘it had already been shipped’. They said I could send it back but that would be more work for me for their incompetence.

I have used Landys for Quest vitamins/oil capsules before. They usually offer a competitive price and the products arrive very quickly. The website is easy to use and is transparent about delivery costs, which makes the buying process quicker and less frustrating! I've been using the product for years and believe it's effective for my needs.

Very quick and efficient service….well packaged

I have been one of Landys' customers for quite some time now. I have always been satisfied by Landys' service. But this time, I was particularly satisfied because I had run short of an important supplement for my medical condition. To help me, thet expedited my order very quickly and, as a result, I took delivery of my order at breakneck speed. Not only was I very impressed by the service, but I was also very appreciative. I should also add that the service which Landys offers its customers is friendliness and reliability. One should also not forget that Landys Chemist offers high quality supplements at unbeatable and very competitive prices.

Dont order any Lipolife products from Landys Chemist. The 1st time I ordered it my order was still processing after 7 days. I contacted them & they said they didn't realise they didnt have it in stock,so it then took another 7days before I got it. I recently ordered another Lipolife product on 20/04 & I am still awaiting this!! I contacted them 7days after order to ask why my order was still processing & they said they didn't have it in stock. I said well surely you should state this on the website before I ordered, as this was the 2nd time & the same excuse used!!. The said they would send it out as soon as it was in on Thursday. On Wednesday I got a notification to say it was sent out with a Royal Mail tracking number by 48hr delivery. The parcel was not recieved by Royal Mail unti Sat 2nd May, so it clearly wasnt sent out on the Wednesday by Landys. It is Tuesday 5th May & I am still waiting for ot to be delivered. Considering this was the 2nd time the product was ordered & not in stock, it should have been sent 24hr tracked, which would have been good customer service. I will never ordered again from Landys, very poor service

Easy to order & product arrived quickly. Really happy with the price too.

Got what I wanted at a cheaper price, plus free delivery! No brainer!
