I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering! I submitted an order online two weeks ago, and received only one of the two products I'd ordered. As stated by previous people, LaRoche Posay is proving absolutely ineffective in handling my case - two weeks later, they still have not sent a replacement nor refunded me, in breach of my consumer rights. I remain out of pocket not to mention the wasted time and energy spent engaging with their team. Will never order from them again.

Very disappointed after reading such good reviews about the products. I placed an order which hasn’t arrived. I have sent several emails chasing this but have received no response.

Customer service is letting down a good product and I am out of pocket.

The customer service is absolutely shocking - I ordered a number of products and when m parcel arrived there was a product missing (despite payment being taken for it). The email address listed on the invoice is invalid and when I tried to contact them through WhatsApp, although they responded to my initial message, they have ignored every message since requesting an update. I still don’t have my full order and I’m still out of pocket. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I definitely wouldn’t buy direct from this company again as if anything did go wrong with the order, you’ll just be ignored and your complaint won’t be resolved.

I have changed my review to 5 stars. There was an issue with the free gifts advertised with my purchase. After a bit of back and forth this has now been resolved and customer service has sent me full size products to remediate. I must say this was a classy way of handling the issue and I am now fully satisfied.

Bad customer service/good products. Absolutely love the products. I now buy from superdrug or boots. Would never again purchase from the actual website. Stopped using the site last year as was sent an incorrect product. Never heard back from customer service. Thought I'd give them another try this year and before putting in a big order I asked a question. I was ignored.

I love La Roche Posay products and use the website to order some products from time to time. I never had an issue with my deliveries. I recently contacted an ambassador on the website to ask a few questions about their products and Naville was quick to answer all my questions and provided me with good advice. I am very happy and impressed with their customer service so far an recommend this brand! I found out that when their products was not working on my skin, it was because I was using too many active ingredients on my skin, and using a wrong combination of products. So I would recommend to do a good amount of research before buying a product, especially if they have quite a lot going on, like the effaclar range. And also, ask the brand questions, and if you can use certain products together, etc. I done it all wrong before doing it right but this brands has really good products, just need to make sure to use them properly.

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Anti-Blemish kit

My skin has NEVER been so BAD and SORE
So I purchased this kit for £36, I used it for 5 days but had to stop. My skin went so dry and cracked I had sores around my nose that bled also as a result. My face was so tender and it looked like I had face dandruff. I had to stop and applied antiseptic cream to my sores and facial oil to the rest of my face. Fuming!

Ordered 12th Aug and going by their website it states estimated delivery time 3-5 days, emailed 17th Aug as I checked my account and it hadn't even been processed. I was told it had been processed and I would receive tracking number from next day onwards, 2 days later and still nothing. Emailed again 19th Aug to be told the items I ordered were out of stock at the time of processing and refund will be given up to 30 days, so order has been processed then out of stock 2 days later when being processed, bunch of liars. Another email sent to say I would escalate it with my payment method as I thought 30 days was a bit long, low and behold 4hrs later another email and my order had been shipped, another lie? No because DPD messaged me to let me know they had received word of the order which I received 3 days later. I've been using their products for a few years will stick to buying in stores from now on, only bought online this time because they had a good offer on what I use. Never again, they don't seem to know what the other is doing, they lie, customer service is awful, whatsapp chat very rude and they need to word their website better as they kept going on about free standard delivery of 3-5 working days yet website says estimated delivery 3-5 days. Avoid at all cost, go to your local stores they have offers on sometimes too.

Issue with delivery as tracking number not recognised with the courier. Logged this with customer service and told to wait for an email. An email did not arrive. Messaged the wataspp customer service chat to ask to check of my issue was definitely logged and received an exceptionally rude message stream. Put in customer complaint and no response from that either and still no one has emailed or contacted me about the original issue.

I have very sensitive skin and unfortunately I had a rather severe adverse reaction to the Anthelios Fluid SPF 30. The texture, feel and subtle smell of the product was very good. It absorbed into my skin superbly and left no residue. But within two days my skin reacted like it had been burned. I only applied the fluid on my neck and this was the only area I suffered an adverse reaction. The area was very painful, blistered and swollen and it took me two weeks to recover. I sent an email to La Roche Posay and the communication from them was polite and professional. And they very kindly have offered me a refund. The lesson I have learned is to patch test any skin creams I have not tried before.

Ordered selecting next day delivery. My items did not arrive on time. Customer service was very poor; did not acknowledge the problem, did not provide any information or an apology and were rather rude. I have the original messages and order number as evidence. Items arrived eventually. Very disappointing experience have sourced alternative suitable products for the future.

I was introduced to this brand through my dermatologist. During Black Friday I purchased a large selections of products so that I could get a sample of their vitamin c serum. I have very sensitive skin so it is important for me to try a product beforehand and you cannot get samples for their products from shops like Boots.

I was sent a sample for micellar water instead of the vitamin c serum that was in my shopping basket. If they had made this clear before I checked out I would have purchased the items elsewhere. Very misleading.

I've seen lots of comments from other customers on this same issue on Facebook. They shouldn't offer something if they can't keep track of their inventory. The item was in my shopping basket and I was sent and email confirmation. Very misleading!

I am giving 3 stars because I am happy with the products I purchased. However, I would give their customer service and online shopping 1*!
