Working with Jacinta to design this ring was such a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, she truly listened to my vision and offered the perfect balance of expert advice and clear clarification. She made what could have been a complex process feel completely manageable and kept things from becoming overwhelming. The final piece is absolutely stunning, the deep green of the emerald paired with the intricate, vintage inspired setting is exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier with the process or the beautiful result!

Five Stars for Phoebe, John, and the Larsen Jewellery Team!
After years of buying custom jewellery here, I am still blown away. This time, I truly put the team to the test.
I was likely Phoebe’s most difficult customer—indecisive, exacting, and constantly tweaking the design. I was bombarding her with various AI renderings to try and explain my vision, yet Phoebe navigated through the noise with incredible focus. She helped me filter those ideas into a perfect, cohesive design that actually worked in real life.
The number of times I probed her for pricing and design tweaks would have been exhausting for anyone else, but to her credit, Phoebe handled me with such a grace. She answered every query calmly, expertly, and with total transparency.
The result? A breathtaking heirloom bracelet that is even more perfect than I imagined (and far better than any AI image!).
John’s craftsmanship is world-class; I haven't stopped admiring his work since the moment I collected it.
To the Larsen team: thank you for your integrity, your skill, and for navigating my perfectionism so beautifully.

Fantastic guidance
Phoebe was amazing throughout the entire process of creating an engagement ring. She was able to utilise the initial rough ideas and come up with several intriguing options that maintained the essence of what was in mind. Each step of the process was well explained, along with the inclusions, which gave great peace of mind. Loved my experience and trust Larsen
I wanted quality and avoid paying a premium for a highly marketed label such as Tiffany's. I found Larsen, who I worked with to design, build the perfect ring and they also sourced my diamond of choice via auction for me. The experience has been truly exceptional. Definitely a place I can recommend to follow through on some of the most important choices when getting engaged.

We purchased a custom diamond ring
We purchased a custom diamond ring. Staff were warm and professional. However, one thing i’m not quite fond of is that you generally can’t see the diamond prior to ordering and whilst they can source locally, which i’m told is possible but more expensive, I would have preferred to see the diamond before ant deposits are paid. We have a nice piece but sparkle and brilliance doesn’t blow us away if i’m honest.

Unique and wholesome🤍
This was a new experience for both of us, so we were unsure of where and how it would work but after our initial meeting with Fleur we were convinced this was exactly what we wanted. She answered all of our questions, explained what was going to happen in the day and measured our fingers. On the day of the experience we had Maddy as out Jeweller, she was patient, kind and gently guided us throughout the different stages of making our wedding bands. It was so wholesome to see them come to life!! Would absolutely recommend this experience, the Larsen team made it so special!
