We were absolutely blown away by the support from Celeste and the team at Larsen Jewellery. Having received support in organising an engagement ring, we had to go back to do our wedding rings as Larsen provided such a good service. We were not disappointed by the end result, our rings look fantastic and were customised to match our specific vision.

After some research I found some good options on the Larsen Jewellery website, followed up by a personal consultation. They offered a range of high quality selections and their service was very helpful, timely and responsive, as we were working to a particular timeframe. The quality of work in our final purchase was exceptional. I would gladly work with Larsens again on any future purchases.

The whole process from choosing a design to getting it curated was seamless. From registering the first interest to via their website to receiving a response was within hours and within a few days I had had my first consultation with them. The team, in my case, Phoebe, were absolutely delightful in helping my find the right piece, communicative and accommodating. The piece was made and looked absolutely stunning.

Lulu took her time and was incredibly patient - I never felt rushed, which made the experience enjoyable. It was really nice how she used blue tack to place different diamonds on different ring designs to give me a better idea of how they'd look. I didn't get this level of care or guidance from other jewellers I visited.

Lulu helped me create the most beautiful ring for my now fiancé and soon to be wife. She was understanding of my cluelessness and provided amazing advice when selecting a stone. Both very happy with the service and outcome.

A big thank you to Jacinta who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire ring design process. We went to a number of different jewellers but Jacinta’s knowledge, communication and attention to detail stood out from the rest. In the end, it was an easy decision to go with Jacinta.

Lulu was fantastic! She explained the four C's of diamonds (colour, cut, clarity, carat) and then offered practical advice about what the most important aspects in choosing a diamond, what you could see and what you couldn't ("eye-clean"). She was knowledgeable in all aspects of the ring and helped us navigate the limitless possibilities to design a ring that perfectly suited our style and budget. Overall a top notch experience at Larsen and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Had a lovely experience creating wedding bands with Larsen. Emma was our jewellery designer and we worked with her to create something custom. There was a bit of back and forth as initially the design wasn't what I had in mind but with some feedback we got there in no time.

My only regret is not going through Larsen for my engagement ring!

The studio feels both premium and homely, which made the whole experience welcoming rather than intimidating. The aftercare is a great bonus too – resizing for a year, annual cleaning, and a lifetime warranty give real peace of mind.
