I had experienced the worst customer…
I had experienced the worst customer service from them. I placed the order and it went through, they gave me an order number and said that the order is being processed. Then I emailed them right away that I mistakenly used my billing address as the shipping address which is a PO Box. They said no problem, it can be changed and they’ll just talk to the dispatch team. After a day, they emailed me again saying that my order didn’t go through because my payment failed. I provided them all the proof from the bank that the payment went through. One more thing, they reply every after 3 days, so then they finally confirmed that my payment went through. Now it’s too late for them to notify the dispatch team about the shipping address and she even told me it’s my fault for using the wrong shipping address. They left me hanging after this ordeal, so they just took my money and I didn’t get my order. I have no words left for this company, I know they’re just starting and this is how they serve their customers.

Super wunderschöne Wimpern
Habe die Wimpern von unten an die echten Wimpern geklebt um zu verhindern, dass man die Klebelinie später sieht. Hier muss man natürlich aufpassen nicht zu nah an Schleimhaut oder Auge zu kommen. Nach leichtem, anfänglichem Brennen und etwas Sorge muss ich aber sagen dass ich die Wimpern überhaupt nicht mehr spüre. Sehen super aus, habe vielleicht 5 Minuten pro Auge gebraucht. Kleber hält super. Schlafen, duschen, alles kein Problem. In den ersten 24Std habe ich auf Kontakt mit Wasser Verzichtet und beim schminken lasse ich die Augen aus. Bis jetzt haben alle Wimpern gehalten seit 7 Tagen. Kann die Packung sicher 2-3x nutzen viel günstiger als im Studio man braucht nur eine ruhige Hand.

I kept seeing ads on social media for these products and it took me ages to make an order as I was unsure the lashes would live up to the videos posted…well I can 1000% confirm that they do!
They are Amazing! I was super impressed with both the speedy postage to Australia and the quality and ease of use! 😍 I struggle with applying strip lashes even so I was super dubious about these lashes but I am 1000% converted! They take a few minutes to apply and last the distance, they literally stay in place for the week! Saving me a fortune and lots of time with salon appointments! They are reusable and hold the curl, colour and quality even after many uses and cleaning processes! Thank u guys so much LashMi! ❤️👌
