Absolutely unacceptable
Absolutely unacceptable! They offered a free .co.uk domain, so I registered one. Instead of processing the order, they canceled my domain and locked my account without any explanation. This is not how a professional company should operate. Losing a customer’s trust is the worst mistake a platform can make, and they’ve lost mine completely. Be cautious—this service clearly lacks credibility and respect for its customers. I strongly advise against using their services.

Sadly they've stopped caring
Sadly they've stopped caring about their customers. I bought two domains from them recently, having used them for years. A month later they charged me £24 for an email service I didn't want, need, or use. I requested a refund, and they refused on the grounds of some legalese in their terms and conditions. Basically they're gouging from their customers.

LCN offers excellent service
1. Excellent management of e-mail by LCN which had previously proved chaotic due random changes in protocol by large corporations that operate the web.
2. LCN offer a ready contact by telephone to answer technical issues associated with the termination of the British analogue telephone system by the same irresponsible. large corporations that profit from the web.
3. I was delighted to hear that the e-mail service provided by LCN would not require endless messing about with Outlook settings just because PlusNet can't be bothered to include e-mail as an on-line service-provider, forcing me to move elsewhere.
