The support team at Leadmailbox is the best in our industry hands down. I've been a broker for almost 10 years and have had 5+ different CRM's from jungo to bonzo to hubspot to insellerate, and every one of their customer service is not comparable to the leadmailbox team. Their ability to tie into any lead provider is their specialty and also if you need any field name adjusted or any help with ensuring your lead data accurately flows in from the thousands of providers, this company is the best at making that happen. On top of that, their system is easy to use and very functional for any loan officer.

Joy, sorry for the glitches, in SMS especially. I trust our strong support team got things straightened out for you right away. Just a note about SMS. It is going to be a bit confusing for awhile, but not necessarily because of LeadMailbox, but more because of the FCC/TCPA compliance rulings that are imposing more restrictions on sending SMS messages.

Leadmailbox is a great CRM. Dave Wilson our account representative by far exceeds expectations.
I was having an issue routing leads from one of my new lead sources and I emailed him late at night. I was not expecting a response until the next day.
He replied quickly “DONE”. Great service.
