OUTSTANDING! - 5 STARS! - Dave Wilson!!!
I have worked with Dave for the past several years, however in the last 5 months we built a complete customized version of Lead Mailbox. Multiple integrations with JSON & API vender connections, including VICI dialers and integrations with Experian.
In my personal opinion he is invaluable!!! Dave always does his best to get right on it, and always gets it done and follows through! He's dedicated, easy to work with and definitely deserves a raise!

Can't beat this CRMs product and service
I have been using LeadMailbox for several months now, and I can tell you that it's been an amazing experience. I judge a company by two things, the product and customer service. The product they offer is just what you want in a CRM. It's simple, easy to use and customizable. The customer service is just as good as the product. If you need help with anything, BOOM! help is on the way. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a CRM.

The list literally goes on.... it quite literally doesn't do anything cool or good or helpful. It's total trash. I'm not exaggerating. On everything. I've been forced to use this CRM for way too long now. My eyes are messed up and I'm losing hair and money bc of these clowns. Trust me, there are way better CRM's. This company will go under soon and then you'll be S.O.L. because the servers will shut down. Don't do this to yourself. Hit me up if you want to discuss and I'll give more details. The People that work their are rude and aggressive and super defensive and they think their program is functional. It's not. At all. Try another. You won't regret it.

I'm sorry you feel this way about our product, but with respect to this 1-Star Rating, I invite any reader to read our other reviews. We are a month-to-month service and you may leave at any time--we certainly don't want anyone to be forced to use a system that does not meet their needs. As far as your false accusation about our "going out of business," we have been around since 2003, are a preferred partner to well known lead providers, and according to our reviews nearly everyone disagrees with you. We have great features, excellent support, etc.
Phenomenal Software Product!
Lead mailbox is the easiest and most configurable software as a CRM that has all the robust features and functions of many of its competitors and a fraction of the price. The staff is on point, and always their to support their clients needs regardless and no matter what. They are simple to get in touch with, and they always work with their clients needs list, for customization and development of their the platform. There system can be scaled, from a single independent user, to a corporation such as ours. We thank you and support LeadMailbox as our Future Corporate software platform.
