I have been using CRM's for almost 15 years and I have to say Leadmailbox is best company in the space period!! Spencer Shiffman is always on call ready to help whenever needed and Bob Price who is the equivalent of "YODA the JEDI Master" of the CRM world providing weekly training classes and tips and tricks on an already amazing system . These guys can't be beat!!!

I have been using Lead Mailbox for a couple years now, and I have to say that their customer service is the best in the industry. I always say they are the amazon of CRMs. Nonetheless, David Wilson and Spencer Shiffman are always quick to help and get things done. 5 stars all the way with these guys.

Brian, I'm sorry our email pricing did not work for you. Normally clients approach startup a bit less aggressively until they learn the system. Based on my research, it appears that you put a larger number of leads in (perhaps imported as bulk) and triggered a large number of sequenced emails. We are sorry that this did not work out for you.

Francis, I am pleased that you rated our service as "great", but I am surprised that you did not start using our other features, such as SMS/TEXT and email, for example. In that you did not find our service "robust" I hope you did not confuse operational simplicity with lack of capability. You did set up the dialer, but it seems you disabled all of the emails the first week, and we do have strategies that help you secure originations, maintain relationships with borrowers while home shopping, nurture, and maintain contact with real estate agents and funded borrowers, which we would be glad to put to use for you. I have used almost all CRM's out there from Bntouch, salesforce, Jungo, etc. and with 100% certainty LMB is the easiest and can integrate flawlessly with LOS, and even our proprietary marketing system. It is simple and does not complicate lead management flow and nurture. Other best part the customer service is on point especially with Dave.
