Thank your for this 5-star rating, Adele. Staying on top of things right away allows our team to keep in front of nearly any support issue before it becomes troublesome. We may have to work a bit afterhours and occasionally on a weekend for a bit, but providing needed support is essential to client satisfaction and we are very much aware of that and care about it.
Easiest CRM Setup Ever!
I am a new client of LeadMailbox but not new to CRMs. I have to say that this is one of the quickest and most efficient setup processes I have seen. They helped me integrate my web forms, LOS, and lead provider with virtually no effort from me. When I did need help, my problem was resolved quickly. It cannot get any easier than this.

LeadMailbox is amazing! I've been using them for about 10 years now. It is infinitely customizable, and where that might seem a bit overwhelming to do that and customize for your specific needs, the Support I've gotten from them has exceeded 5-stars! Everyone there is ultra professional and helpful. They follow up regularly, and the platform is just wonderful.
I can honestly say that my business has greatly improved because of LeadMailbox. I can't imagine an industry that wouldn't benefit using their system.
