I don't care what CRM you're looking at I don't care who suggested it when you need to speak to somebody the CRM you're looking at is going to give you a video or tutorial at lead mailbox you speak to live human beings who answer the phone and they care about your success I'm not just saying this they really care if you don't go with lead mailbox quite frankly you're buying into hype because lead mailbox does everything everyone else does and a whole lot more there are people behind the machines and the people care. If I was mandated to use a different CRM I would still keep lead mailbox because I can rely on them. I would like to direct this review more towards an employee at your company rather than the product itself. Dave Wilson has been invaluable in assisting me with what I felt was some impossible issues that I was having with my limited knowledge of CRM systems. Being a Creative Director for an advertising and marketing company I deal with a lot of tech support and customer support representatives and no one has gone out of their way more to help with an issue like he has, even taking the time out of his lunch break to call me back. It is refreshing and very much appreciated to deal with someone that dedicated to their job and it's customer base. If there is a promotion coming up it's time he gets it. Thank you again Dave.

Long, Long ago, when Velocify was Leads 360, I ran across a firm called Leadmailbox... This firms program seemed so simple that dismissed it and kept using the new Velocify. Some time passed and costs kept climbing with Velocify, I circled back and gave Spencer a call, my account was created like instantly, Bob Price, came in and customized every campaign i could think of. Continuing nowadays I add lead source after lead source and Dan fixes every issue and connection just like Spencer set up my account years ago. Instantly! This company is truly amazingly easy to work with. Guys...Thank you!

The best part of LeadMailbox as a company is that they don’t sell you. After my demo they never even asked me to purchase the subscription. I decided to go with them and ever person that I have dealt with is knowledgeable professional and really quick to answer any questions I had

I rarely ever write reviews unless it's a bad one. LOL. But I have to say that I'm extremely impressed by Bob Price and his team. Every time I need help with something, he will schedule a call and spend time to help me with my email campaigns. Every time he does that, I always get referrals from my past clients. He is patient, extremely knowledgeable and also helps with wordsmithing your content if he doesn't think it sounds right. He is an extremely resourceful person within LeadMailbox. I wouldn't know how to fully use their resources if he wasn't there. :)

I have used LeadMailBox for over 2 years and have found there customer service second to none. The ease of the system and functionality allows a loan officer to focus on originating and letting the automation do its job with little effort from us.

In the past 24 years in the mortgage business, I dealt with many CRM companies and even more third party service providers. However, I have never experience such a high level of service as I have received from LeadMailbox. They are nothing short of AMAZING. Nobody in 24 years have come close. What makes this such a great surprise is that....When I signed up with them I never even asked about their service levels because I have grown accustomed to low levels. They have exceeded even what I would expect great service to be. I also love the software for its ease of use.

LeadMailbox is turning out to be far more robust than anticipated; especially for the price. It's definitely a great value. Bob Price has been particularly helpful in getting us set up. Thanks Bob!

Great product with easy to reach support.

I recently added LeadMailbox as my CRM. I've tried many CRM's over the years in the mortgage business. The service I received has been outstanding. The system itself can do everything you need from a CRM, but what stood out to me was the implementation and set up team I've worked with. Bob Price and Spencer Shiffman made the process extremely simple for me and my team. Bob's gone out of his way and spent time with me almost everyday since I started making sure I'm getting the most out of it. I never expected the kind of attention I've received for what I'm paying. LeadMailbox can quickly communicate with your customers by phone, email, and text. I've used several overpriced CRM's in the past and they don't do anything different, in fact, my team tells me LeadMailbox is the easiest CRM they've ever used. If you're looking for an automated way to communicate with your leads you can't go wrong with LeadMailbox.

Very easy setup with the Zillow formatted text and email responses and great success so far with using the program. I am generating much more consistent and valuable contact with new leads and a significant increase in conversions. Love it so far!
