Lead mail box has been great. I have never had any problems with it. It is very dependable. I know when I log in it is going to work. It helps keep me connected to my potential clients. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a lead management system.

Bob was patient and helpful with my issue. The only reason I provided 4 instead of 5 stars was that I received an e-mail in the morning and was told we could get help quickly, but I had to reach out a second time at the end of the day to get service.

In 2018, our company interviewed 3 of the top CRM's in the marketplace and stopped looking because they were all so expensive and too complicated for my loan officers. Prior to this, we had all been using a cheap CRM that worked okay. But, at the request of 6 loan officers who had used LeadMailBox (LMB), we decided to interview LeadMailBox and compare -- side by side -- the 15 things that the other expensive ones said they could do for us. After 2 days of analysis and 1 Demo and 6 of my loan officers begging me to switch to LMB, we signed up with LMB and have been super happy ever since. The cost was literally 1/6 the cost of any of the top enterprise solutions (Sales Force, Velocify and the other one we shopped) and it was easier, and just as powerful, than all of them. I recommend LMB - their superior customer service, their exceptional daily live training (not just a bunch of pre-recorded boring videos), and their ability to patiently answer a bunch of my dumb questions is why this has been one of the most profitable decisions we have made. Every loan officer in our call center is happy because it handles milestone reminders, appointment calendar alerts, tracking reports -- all at their fingertips. Easy, fast, powerful, but simple. We are very pleased.

I love how Leadmailbox works behind the scenes for me. It keeps track of all the steps in the process I need for each of my clients and keeps things personal. My clients don't feel badgered or like they are being contacted by a robot. And once I set it up, I don't have to remind myself to keep up with every little step.

I have used leadmailbox for years and they have always done a great job. Great client service and very responsive to my companies needs.

This is a very flexible and custom system to use. If you spend the time getting to know how it works, it will work magic for you. I have people engage me months later thanking me for thinking of them and following up.

I strongly suggest adding the SMS service and animated video archive to your account. These powerful tools will make a huge difference.
