Support responded to my issue very quickly and solved it right away. I have owned this software for years and it is great.

Service très rapide et efficace.

In an age where many companies fail miserably at customer support, Leawo has done a fantastic job responding to every question and bug report I have submitted! There have not been many, but nearly every query to them had a response the following day, with the rare exception being around weekends or holidays. I have used their video conversion software for 10+ years, and recommend it to anyone needing it for personal use.

It worked (after some driver-trouble) as it should. The service-people habe been very helpful. I am fully satisfied.

I had an issue with a reinstall and the support team worked with me until it was resolved. Sticky issue on computer they had to help me figure out and did. They hung in there until it was resolved.

Excellent program and customer service. Responded very quickly to a question I had.

Leawo is an excellent program. I've been using it for years and would be lost without it.

Blu-ray Ripper and UHD Ripper Work Great.

Technical service is fast and friendly.

Leawo Prof Media 13 was a very very good application and when you have a problem with a disc or another Leawo Support are present and repair it. Thank you very much for your very good job.

Blu-ray/dvd ripper works great; easy to use. Customer service has been great. I highly recommend Leawo products.

Leawo is simply the #1 best software for video encoding. And they are also quite responsive to customer issues. Need to encode videos? Leawo is what you want.

Ich habe am 04.06.2026 das Produkt Leawo DVD Copy DE für 47,54 € gekauft. Das Produkt brauche ich nicht mehr, der Aktivierungscode wurde nicht verwendet!

Beim Kauf gibt es bis zur Bezahlung die Möglichkeit das Produkt in 14 Tagen zurück zu geben. Das habe ich gemacht.
Jetzt kam der Hinweis, das eine Rückerstattung nur bei einem Mängel möglich sei. Darauf habe ich hingewiesen. Bis heute kein Geld zurück.

Das Ganze wird noch schwieriger, da die Bezahlung über Verifone Payments BV dba 2Checkout abgewickelt wird. Diese Firma schiebt immer auf Leawo.

ich hatte Ihnen 2 Screenshots vom Bestellvorgang gesendet.
In keinem war ein Hinweis auf Ihre Rückerstattungsrichtlinien.

Daher ist bei einem Kauf auch nicht das Risiko einer Rückgabe erkennbar.
Hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich Ihr Produkt nicht gekauft.

Für mich ist das Täuschung, Ihr Verhalten grenzt an ….

Wenn ich Zeit habe wende ich mich an die Bundesnetzagentur oder ähnliche Instanzen.

I had a particularly difficult problem and while it took a while to sole, the folks at Leawo were patient and helpful. It took awhile, but the problem was solved and Leawo support was there the whole way. The problem was solved and the program is still functioning perfectly. Great program and crew.

I have had no problem whatsoever so far using CleverGet – and if a problem happens, their awesome customer service answers almost immediately. I'm extremely pleased (I'm using a Mac, if that helps).

Ce logiciel est vraiment très pratique pour créer des copies parfaites de mes Blu-ray, 4 K, il faut souligner aussi que le support est vraiment à l’écoute lorsqu’il y a des bugs car cela peut arriver notamment avec les protections et les copies.
ils corrigent en général sous 24 à 48 heures ce qui est très appréciable.
Je recommande fortement pour tous ceux qui souhaitent se faire une bibliothèque d’origine avec leurs DVD ou leurs Blu-ray
