Bought in feb 23 wrote an initial review I can’t access now ! Issue within a couple of thousand miles driving with steering and rang and was informed Ollie would call me and see what they could do £2100 bill for correction ! Steer clear pun intended .No contact made from garage .
I had notification some one liked my review hence my return too their website with this update .

On recently and was informed he was in Florida on vacation and would be too busy to contact me ! Then contacted Ollie at the dealership I bought from and he was not the pleasant guy I purchased from ! He promised contact and I’ve heard nothing now a good month later !
So pls heed this caution.
The car was 13 years old with very low mileage not 15 as stated

Purchased a car from the Commercial Road location. Kevin and James were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the car before I purchased. They explained everything and answered all my questions in a polite and friendly manner. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Kevin completed the purchase and made the process really easy and smooth. None of the staff were pushy or over bearing they were polite, honest and down to earth. I would highly recommend Leeds Motors, the service was outstanding and the car is incredible.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the Burley Place branch for my son with great support and communication from Jeremy. Upon completing the vehicle inspection they found an issue with the vehicle which they promptly fixed and now my son is very happy with his new vehicle. Great price and great service.

excellent service from tony at Leeds Motor Company. After a test drive i had concerns about brakes and discs to which tony agreed to have these replaced before i took the car. Overall very happy and love the customer service i was given.

This company are diabolical! Cowboys and liars. Sold us a car for £6000 that after 2 days the clutch went. Had it in for repair and the garage I sent to to found a whole host of issues with it including wheel alignment problems and other dangerous issues. (This car was passed an MOT at Leeds motor co 4 months previously and sat in forecourt ever since so unsure how it developed so many issues) when I phoned garage they were very unhelpful and just said that we should have got a warranty with them. The car should not have been sold in a dangerous state. After less than a year of owning it we took it to a different garage for MOT. Failed on many counts. Told dangerous to drive. Engine problems, hand break issues and then multiple electric faults and found the inside of the door had been taped together!
Fed up of paying so much to have repaired within the year of owning it we traded it in. Got offered £400 and told it was only worth scrap. This is what I can only call wormwood cars and should be avoided at all costs! Especially when they bribe you to leave a good review of them to be offered a service!

I have recently bought a BMW CONVERTIBLE,from LMC.I put my Dacia in part ex,and got a very fair price.James Kane who I dealt with was a very straight and up front guy.I know a bit about customer relations, having been a Milkman,in and around Huddersfield for 30 plus years.I will definitely recommend James and LMC,nice to do business with honest,straight forward people.

I’m not one to normally leave reviews but after my experience i think it’s only right, I purchased a car on finance in August 2023 not even a month after having the car it needed new brakes and discs, when the man took them off it literally crumbled in his hand's (the car had only been used by myself a handful of times) I mean in a month after purchase this shouldn’t of happened also it supposedly had been through a health check before I received it 🤦🏽‍♀️ anyhow I got the car checked over as I don’t want to use something that’s dangerous especially for my disabled child so on the checks they also told me it needed 2 new tyres, I have had nothing but trouble with this car since getting it especially with oil I mean the car should not need 1lr and half every month this has went on since September 2023 unfortunately they can’t find a problem but also said this is not normal.
If I have learnt anything from this I will never get another car on finance because you never know what you actually get .
