Avoid buying a car from here!

I purchased a car from here august 2022.
I wasn’t happy with the paint work / body work or the faulty screen inside the car.
Tony assured me that they would sort all of this for me before my warranty ran out.
I then got a phone call from his manager telling me I had to contribute to the rectification of the faults & pressured me into keeping the car.
I sent the car back to get some body work done. Tony was unable to supply with me with accurate documents for the work undertaken from the paint shop & made up figures around the rectification cost. As it has turned out they just bodged up the paint work & sent the car back to me.
They also bribed me into removing a negative review by offering to pay for me screen repair.
Having forked out a lot of money for the car I’m left feeling very frustrated & lied to.

We came to sell my daughters car and spoke with Nick. He was a great guy very genuine and gave us a fantastic price. Would certainly recommend Leeds Motor Comoany for selling your car but they also have some amazing cars on the forecourt as well

Kevin you are a superstar! Excellent and efficient service from start to finish. Not your usual “pushy” salesman. Made to feel welcome from the outset. Great choice of cars at good value. Would recommend Leeds Motor Co. to any prospective car buyers. they had a good range of cars, at a range of prices, across the three sites. We were really well looked after by Sam at the Burley Place branch. There was no "hard sell" pressure to buy which was a welcome relief from other car companies we have visited. The issues with the car that needed sorting, prior to purchase were all done, ready for when we picked it up.

What could have been a stressful and drawn out process was made easier by Sam and the team. Cheers!

This is the kind of company that provides a very thorough service. Everything was in place for me, the car was in great condition and at a great price too. Can't speak highly enough of them and so happy I decided to purchase from them. They even picked me up at the train station. My dealings were with Jake and nothing at all was a bother to him. He explained everything thoroughly and was very professional and friendly. Top lads

A pleasure doing business.
From the moment I stepped on their premises, I felt comfortable. I asked to see a vehicle, I was handed the keys by Tony, and I was left to my own devices. At no point was I pressured into a sale, or a holding deposit. I arranged to call back for a test drive, the car had a new battery, disks and pads had also been fit to the car. I was handed the keys, told to take it for a good long drive on my own. Job done, I now own the car. They gave me a good price for my trade in, and now I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to all at Leeds Motor Company, especially Tony. I’ll see you in 3 years to buy a Giulia.
