Leekes Reviews

Great shop - loads of variety and good quality stock. Loved the buy one get one free offer which Katie at the tills alerted me too!
I was at the Melksham store

Visited the Leekes store Melksham recently.
I had a complicated problem that required solving by a staff member on the tills that day.
Despite it being extremely busy the staff member Jeremy who served me was extremely patient and polite under pressure and resolved the problem to my advantage.
It was refreshing to see the positive attitude displayed by Jeremy and a a great example of a staff member displaying an understanding of customer service.

As a first-time buyer, and a man with absolutely no style whatsoever, I’m so very glad I had Kerry’s advice and keen eye for colour and how everything works together. She made the whole experience so much easier and gave me confidence in my choices. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Kerry to anyone who, like me, needs a little help finding their style!

The staff at this store are always very helpful, especially a very nice man at checkout called Jeremy during my visit today

I was served by Jeremy on the tills today, at Leekes of Melksham, when collecting my ordered item. Always a pleasure to see Jeremy, a very friendly and helpful guy, offered to carry my item out to my car, very much appreciated. Thank you.

Needed some bed linen very quickly in the late afternoon as the removal men had packed all of ours!
Good selection and very good value once we were served.
Katy was fantastic and extremely helpful with our purchase, haven’t been in the store for a while but will be back again soon.
Thanks Katy you’re in need of a promotion

Great experience in Leekes Melksham. Signed up to their Privilege rewards card and Jeremy on the tills was extremely helpful.

We visited Leekes at Melksham, Wiltshire and were taken care of by Jeremy. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic service. Loved the store - beautiful array of products.

In Leekes Talbot Green this morning choosing paint. Kerry was very helpful and I came away with colour I needed at right price
Thank you Kerry

My husband and I had breakfast at Leekes Llantrisant today. Not only was the breakfast delicious, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - namely Cassey who continued to check that all we well with our food and introduced us to the Leekes card resulting us having our breakfast discounted. Thank you Cassey!

Our experience when buying a complete new bathroom from Leekes Melksham was far beyond our expectations. The bathroom fittings were of very high quality and the customer service and design advice given by Rony Alam was excellent. Their recommended fitter , Darren Dean, of DD Bathrooms deserves special mention as one of the hardest working, thorough and knowledgeable workmen we have ever encountered. Highly recommended all round.

Today I bought a sofa. I was served by Fahimeh. She was very professional. She provided a 5-star service and made the whole experience very pleasant. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout. I really appreciated her excellent service. I am a very happy customer!

Yvonne in the llantrisant store was super helpful and talked through kitchens and even showed me something I mentioned I would want that they didn't have on display. I will definitely be returning once I have taken a look at the brochure for a kitchen.

Jeremy, our sales representative at the Leekes Melksham store was very personable and went out of his way to sort out and replace our Leekes Privilege card which had not been assigned to our current address. He completed the task smoothly and as a result we were able to take advantage of several store offers.
Many thanks, for the helpful and friendly service; we plan to return to the Melksham store in the forthcoming months.

Ordered a mattress with ( i think his name is glen sorry if wrong) what an asset to Leakes. Couldn’t be happier :)

Danielle from the bathroon department helped me choose the bathroom of my dreams ,just need it all measured and designed now ,danielle was so polite helpful and went above and beyond for myself and my husband whilst visiting the llantrisant store earlier this week, great customer service and very very helpful, even offered us a coffee at the lovely cafe ,more danielles we need in this world ,10 stars to danielle and a massive thank you from myself and my husband ,see you soon

Always have a pleasant shopping experience in Leekes when I came with my mum on Tuesday. She loves it as it’s easy to navigate and has plenty of space between the displays so she doesn’t feel as if she’ll be knocked into (by other browsing customers).
Thank you to Jeremy who kindly carried my mum’s new framed (and so quite heavy!) pictures to the car for us, it was much appreciated to have such kind and friendly service.

I regularly come in to Leekes to use the cafe, the colleagues that work there are very welcoming - Emily in particular can’t do enough for you and her coffees are always nice and hot.

I’m particularly fond of their jacket potatoes and cakes - great portions and sizes.

Fahimeh Razaeian at the Cheltenham store was excellent. Having visited the store a couple of times I finally chose new sofa and chair. She is excellent nothing too much trouble very knowledge and has a lovely personality.

I went to Leekes on the 16th of September to shop for some furniture and then visited the cafe and was very surprised with the staff, I was served by Emily and she was very polite and gave very good service
