Leki at Open Air Reviews

Good communication and helpful advice too

This is my second Leki. I had to replace it because I squashed the old one when I slammed the car boot on it! I still use it (it’s over 10 years old) but it won’t now fold down small enough to go in my holiday luggage, hence the new one.

The new one seems every bit as good as the old one but is much easier and quicker to change the length.

A good make and swiftly despatched. I have so far only used this purchase once, but have previous experience of Leki and was advised that this is the best make. I could have saved £5 on another website but wanted the security of buying from the main supplier with more security that it was not a fake.

Service was excellent and Delivery was prompt. The poles are light, excellently made and easy to use.

I purchased an item, however, it did not fit as well as expected.
Customer was absolutely perfect, refunded me very promptly with no quibbles!
Would shop again.

Bought some replacement parts for my sticks. The online ordering was quick and simple and the items arrived very quickly, I am very happy with the service I received.

I lost the bottom section of my trusty vintage Leki pole on a trek but was delighted to find the website of Leki at Open Air. My email with a photo of the pole was sent on a Saturday and the same day I received a response with two suggested replacement options. I ordered that weekend and received the part as promised 4 days later. Excellent service and delivery and from my experience highly recommended.

Prompt dispatch of my order. However I mistakenly ordered the wrong item but received a replacement by return of post. Very efficient service. Thank you.

Excellent product easy to order very prompt delivery
Fantastic service

Servicio espectacular, tuve que devolver unos palos, por error de talla, y buen servicio de devolución, sencillo, rápido, muy contento con la compra y la eficiencia.

I chose walking poles from a very wide offering. The ordering software was easy to use, had a simple solution for defining billing and delivery addresses and well timed updates. The poles are great - light and strong with well tooled adjustments.

Nice all round for a tall man (195cms)

The service I have received from Leki, particularly Gus, has been excellent. There was a problem with the Royal Mail and delivery but this is now sorted and Gus was particularly helpful.

Genuine product, good price and fast service.

The (reasonably priced) end caps arrived in very good time I have fitted them onto the walking poles.
This is obviously a good and reliable firm.

Great communication and helped me get the right part for my walking pole.
