This company is a great company cause they care about the people who have used their product . They are ALWAYS available to help you when your in trouble with payments.

Lend direct website is quit and easy to navigate. The promotions are great if you make payments on time ( which what I do).

The staff were extremely kind, professional, and very helpful. Special thanks to Ronnie and Ada, as well as the other staff members I met during my office visit. They assisted me throughout the entire process and explained everything clearly and thoroughly.

The application only took about 15 minutes, both online and at their office. The process was fast, smooth, and efficient. They are very reliable, especially when you need money right away. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and support. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and dependable lending service. They are the best!

Sometimes you're just in a hole with no where to go but I've since I came here I've cleared debt, improved credit, increased assets AND I've been able to make gains clearing the principle. I had a solid chance to turn it around. Easy and reliable.

It’s a great idea to help people YES the interest is high but it’s better then have collections after you or disconnecting services like electricity or gas .

Lendddirect is Predatory and lm regretting taking a loan it's been more than 6 months haven't missed monthly payments and my Loan Balance is almost the same..
All Payments going to interest not covering Principal..
Im Happy now CTV had Them exposed even though they changed their Identity from Cash Money to Lendddirect..
Canadians now know Lendddirect is Predatory Loan Business targeting vulnerable Communities on Social Assistance, Disabilities/ ODSP etc leaving them trapped in Debt Cycle for Years.
Companies like this are Legit but since word is Spreading about Predatory Loans Canadians are Fuming with Anger and Lendddirect will end up with No Business..
Soon they'll close because they've been EXPOSED ( CASHMONEY?)..
IM ANGRY BECAUSE MY LOAN BALANCE ISN'T PAID WHEN IM MAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS ALL GOES TO INTEREST and deliberately designed that way to Steal from the Poor..
I DON'T Recommend this Company to Anyone for Lacking Transparency.

When I phone someone picks up pretty quick. The hours they keep at the nearby branch are sensible and accessible. I o owe them by name. Ii ts good service.

Idk why I have to deal egos and people acting like smart assess when all im trying to do is make a payment, but lately since lend direct has taken over, ive had nothing but problems. I cant even go in to the only store available bcuz of some game playing kid who doesnt understand simple questions (how much do I owe on my full loan?)... I ask it 3 times as nice as I can and then I had to ask if the guy was purposely screwing with me, and then his ego cane out. Stop wasting people's time and get rid of these kids if they dont want to do their jobs. The manager is the only one who ive never had an issue with and if she was the only person working there id go. 6 yrs ive been a customer paying loans of 1500 and down yr after yr and once I get this loan done ill be going to their competition- Money mart - instead. Im done with the time wasting, the kids that are condescending, rude, playing stupid games, pushing my buttins just to get me upset, all bcuz they are so entitled, using a tone with me that gets it all started along with purposely wasting my time is not happening anymore... also they lie to you. I called customer like ive been doing for 2 months and the kid tells me I cant pay it over the phone... but that's how ive been doing for awhile now. Not the 1st time this lie has happened. Some of us cant see the well and that's why we call instead of going on line, you may want to remember that.

They got me out of a tough situations not only that I’ve been able to afford the groceries I needed and more thanks to lend direct I even got a new laptop. Not to mention their payment plans are affordable.

Far easier than moneymart or any other lender I've used. Will use again.
