I had my loan paid off but took 3 weeks to process. In the interim because of the processing time I still have a balance remaining to pay. No way to pay an account off fully?

you guys are chetting my last two payment even I paid extra money no principal everything i paid you took interest and every time I call you.you didnot explained and the manager Faisal she send me and she said I will you still waiting now lol and I have been waiting more then one week even no body explained extra money i paid who is gonna trust you if you didnot explained from the customer lol I never seen like place high interes and also they didnot explained the reason even they didnot answered your phone number I have email from manager faizo thay she said I will call you and it is one week ago still waiting faizo because she doesn't have explained with my last three payment that is the reason didnot call me

If I could give this company a negative I would, since the switch over from cash money they transferred my loan to lend direct. I’m like okay no problem, until I called in to ask them to change my pay schedule to align with my new job payroll, took them 3 days for something so simple, I n return charge me a surcharge for a missed payment I asked them to change days ago, until I had to get rude, and because they took almost 4 days to finally change my pay schedule, they lied and took my extra funds and applied it to the surcharge and everytime I call they keep telling me they changed it manually, they lied cause I can still still the charge on my statement , no updated one was sent, and all to be told it was removed, liers! I will never take a loan from such a high interest lying company, who intentionally know what they were doing leaving their customer to pick up their mistake and lie instead of take ownership. This company is a fraud ! They screw you over report your payments and lie about their mistakes, now this surcharge will keep me over my allotted amount. And no one cares as this company is just making money. Joanne and Stephanie at the Wilson location, if you are of color, trust and believe they will screw you over. Subprime will never do this shit again! You staff sucks!

I would give a zero star if I could. What's less than zero if I could. They invent fees and charge them without telling you. Then when you ask they can't ever explain it in any meaningful way.. Just you owe us this because we say so. I offored them a settlement for the principal only even thouh they have charged over $1,500 in fees they can't explain. Reporting to equifax that I haven't made any payments since November of 2025 it is now June 2026 and my bank account tells that I have been paying $250/month with no interruptions. I would have never known if I didn't have to change my pay-cycle.
They can settle for the principle. The amount I've payed over the last 3 years is more than that.. Strictly on interest..
If they refuse to settle I'm contacting my local MLA to put a stop to this fraud company!

I had such a horrible experience at the store, that I don’t ever want to deal with this company again. & To be clear I never had an issue with payments, was a long time customer but the lady in the store was so incredibly rude

It is easy to work with lend direct , they are trustworthy as well as they even gave me the luck to have a 2500$ line of credit where no one else wanted to even hear from me and since then my credit score even grew a few hundred points since i got that line of credit with lend direct, could not be more happy of the outcome that they gracefully offered me and has got me back from the bad credit that i had due to family situation back to excellent credit score in less than a single year
