Was promised my film would be developed…
The staff here are very polite, professional and friendly, and I usually am extremely satisfied with the service, but I was promised my most recent film would be developed by the end of the day on December 2nd, but it still has not been received, two weeks after the purchase, so I feel somewhat disappointed this time around. I would overall recommend them, but I perhaps wouldn’t rely on the date they promise is the latest, and be willing to follow up with them.

Great service all around
Folks in the store are absolutely wonderful. Prints and scans have come out great, and film is reasonably priced to boot. Definitely intend to use them again and again!
